Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in.

The hotel does not offer check cashing services.

Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Pets up to 40 pounds are permitted. Only certain breeds are allowed and the hotel reserves the right to refuse any breed of aggressive dog. Please contact the hotel for more information.

Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. If a guest is paying with cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax and $50 per day will be collected at check-in.
For payment arrangements to a third-party credit card, please contact the Reservations department at least 72 hours prior to guest’s arrival. Monday through Friday, contact (520) 742-6000 extension 7845 to arrange third-party payments. After hours, please contact the Front Desk Manager on Duty.
Checks are not allowed as a form of payment at check-in. If guest wants to pay with a check, it must be received 10 days prior to arrival and must be cleared by the bank.
Resort Charge
A daily Resort Charge of USD $20.00, will be posted to each guestroom for a variety of amenities and services.
*Amenities include:
- Wireless Internet Access in guest rooms and lobby
- Unlimited local phone calls
- No access fees for toll-free and credit card calls
- First two pages of incoming faxes are complimentary
- Unlimited fitness classes and use of the WestinWORKOUT facility
- Shuttle provided to and from La Encantada Shopping Center
Smoking Policy
The resort is primarily smoke-free, including all guestrooms. However, there are some designated smoking areas throughout the resort that guests may use.
Waitlist Policy
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
