Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Check Acceptance Policy

Personal Traveler's checks are not accepted.

Currency Fluctuations

Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Dress Code

The resort provides an elegant yet relaxing dining atmosphere. As such; swim shorts, sleeveless t-shirts, flip-flops, and slippers are not allowed in our restaurants during dinner.

From October to April, long trousers are required at all restaurants during dinner. From May to September, Bermuda shorts and three-quarter-length trousers are acceptable at L’Abydos Restaurant only.

While long swimsuits are welcome on our beach, they are not allowed in our swimming pools. Swimming in loose or cotton clothing is also not permitted.

Crib Policy

Cribs are provided upon request at no charge.

Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Waitlist Policy

Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
