Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times on resort property.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We are pleased to provide a team of hotel-commissioned babysitters who are available upon request to provide hourly child care services in guest rooms, suites, or villas. A maximum of two children per babysitter is permitted.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
The dress code throughout the resort is casual during the day and smart in the evening. Nudity is not permitted at the private beach.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed at check-in. During July and August, guests departing early will be charged 100% of the remainder of their stay. In May, June, and September, 50% of the remainder of the stay will be charged. Please contact the resort for further information.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are four years of age or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways, and cribs may incur extra charges.
Pets are not allowed. Only seeing eye dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
