Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $200 per day.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa welcomes cats and dogs of all sizes. A complimentary pet welcome kit will be provided. If your pet requires special needs such as grooming, sitters, parks, specialty stores, veterinarian hospitals, or pet travel agents, please contact Service Express® or our concierge.
Pets must be on a leash at all times when in the resort’s public spaces. Pets are welcome in public spaces to and from their room and in the courtyard only. With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in the resort’s food and beverage outlets because of health code statutes.
We ask that all pets remain in a crate at all times when left alone in your room. If this is not possible, please arrange for a specific time for housekeeping to service your accommodation when you will be present, by calling Service Express®.
We can provide a litterbox with litter for a $20 charge. We also offer pet beds, crates, and food dishes free of charge, but subject to a $50 fee if damaged or not returned.

Resort Charge Policy
The daily Resort Services Charge includes:
- Unlimited wired and wireless High-Speed Internet Access in all guest rooms and public areas (excluding meeting spaces.)
- Unlimited local, long distance (within the US) and 1-800 telephone calls from guest rooms.
- Access to Agave Spa facilities, including men's and women's locker rooms, sauna, steam room and whirlpool.
- All daily yoga and Well Walk fitness classes.
- Tennis court rental and tennis equipment rental.
The charge will be billed directly to all guests, at a daily rate of $25 per room, per night plus tax. Yoga classes, Well Walk classes and tennis court/equipment rentals are based on availability and reservations must be made in advance through the Spa. Spa hours, class schedules and other details are subject to change without notice.
Smoking Policy
The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa has a smoke-free policy, with smoking prohibited in all indoor spaces, including guestrooms, dining establishments, and public spaces. A $200 penalty will apply to guests who smoke in guestrooms.
Smoking is also prohibited in the following outdoor spaces: all guestroom balconies and patios, the Adventure Pool and adult pool areas, the Deseo restaurant patios, the north side of the outdoor patio at Nellie Cashman’s Monday Club Cafe, the kids’ playground, and the Agave Spa.
Smoking is permitted in all other outdoor spaces, including Dreamweavers Canyon, the east side of Nellie Cashman’s patio, and the Brittlebush west patio and fire pit.
