Kai Restaurant Closure
From July 28 through September 5, 2013, our 5 Diamond/5 Star award winning restaurant Kai will be going dark. This is an annual closure allowing our staff to travel and research new food and beverage inspirations.

ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services of $100 USD is available to registered guests who present a valid driver's license.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested.

Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
The maximum weight for dogs is 80 pounds. Only one dog per room is permitted. The guest must sign a waiver at check-in and the dog must be attended to at all times. All of our dog friendly rooms feature a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper dog bed and are located on the ground level with easy access to desert or grass area.

Resort Charge Policy
Guests will be charged a daily resort charge of 20 USD plus tax. This includes High Speed Internet Access (wired or wireless) in guest rooms, access to the fitness center portion of the Aji Spa, shuttle service to the new Phoenix Premium Outlets, and tennis court/racquet rental (subject to availability).
Smoking Policy
The resort is a 100% non-smoking hotel. There is a $350 USD mandatory cleaning fee for anyone who smokes inside the guest rooms. Please contact the resort for further information.
Suite Policy
Please reserve suites directly through the hotel with the exception of SPG member stays.
Waitlist Policy
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
