Special Conditions
Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older.
Check Acceptance Policy
Personal checks are not accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
The resort offers the convenience of hosting guests in connecting rooms, subject to availability. Advance reservations through the resort or travel agents are strongly encouraged.
Early Departure Policy
In the event of early departure, the remaining duration of the reservation will be charged to the guest.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer rollaway beds and cribs upon request for an additional fee.
Family Plan Policy
Please note that children aged 2 and under may sleep in existing room bedding at no additional charge. Children ages 3 to 12 will be charged a child supplement fee, and guests aged 12 and over will be charged as an adult. A maximum of one extra person is allowed. The kids plan for children aged from 3 to 12 includes an extra bed, Kids Club access, and a meal plan.

To purchase a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Late Checkout Policy
The resort is happy to arrange for late check-outs, subject to availability. Prior arrangements with the resort are strongly encouraged.
Pet Policy
No pets are allowed in the resort.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Spa Pool Policy
Please note that if weather conditions do not allow the use of the outdoor children's pool, children under the age of 12 years are allowed to use the indoor spa pool with parental supervision. Children will only be able to use the spa pool from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. After this time, children under 12 years are not permitted in the Arabella Spa. Additionally, children under 16 years are not allowed in the sauna area.

Dine-Around Policy
Guests staying at The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort on a half-board basis have the additional benefit of selecting between the six unique restaurants of three luxury hotels for lunch or dinner. We are happy to assist you with the organization of transportation to Castillo Hotel Son Vida and the Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel.
Smoking Policy
In accordance with Spanish Law, we regret that with the exception of the outdoor terraces, smoking is not allowed at The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort.
Visa/Passport Policy
The resort requires a valid passport at check-in.
