Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Accessible Room Information

Alcohol Policy
Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18.
Check Acceptance Policy
The hotel does not accept checks.
Connecting Room Policy
Hotel has 50 pairs of connecting rooms. Connecting rooms are subject to availability at check-in and can not be confirmed prior to arrival.
Credit Card Policy
The resort only accepts international credit cards for prepayment and guarantee. For third party payment requests, the resort must be informed in advance. An authorization letter with cardholder's signature is mandatory and must be sent to the hotel's reservation department for pre-authorization.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in. Guests may be able to change their departure date without penalty at the time of check-in, depending on the terms of the rate which they have reserved. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
For arrivals before standard check-in time, room is subject to availability. If the arrival time is earlier than 10am, guest must reserve the room for the night before to secure the room.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts are subject to the resort's availability on the day of departure. The following fees will apply:
- For late checkouts between 12pm and 6pm, 50% of Best Available Rate on the day of departure will be charged.
- For late checkouts after 6pm, 100% of Best Available Rate on the day of departure will apply.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
