Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with two pieces of valid identification, one piece which must be photo identification.)
Age Requirement Policy
Children checking in under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Credit Card Policy
Credit cards used for payment of accommodation charges must be in the name of the guest registered. Third party credit card payments are not permitted.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds (cots) are not available at this property. Please ensure the room type selected has adequate bedding to accommodate all guests staying in the room.
ID Requirement
A valid photo ID is required for check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts after 11am must be requested on the morning of departure, and will be approved subject to availability. Guests checking out after 11am without authorization will be charged a late checkout fee.
Noise/Disurbance and Damage Policy
Please note guests will be charged at or after departure for repairs required to return guest room to saleable condition if damage occurs to room or fixtures during stay. Guests responsible for noise disturbances may be charged for inconveniencing other guests after fair warning is provided.
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome. Owners must sign a waiver at check-in and are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required. Dogs must be pre-registered to ensure that a pet friendly suite is available. They must be leashed at all times, must not be left unattended at any time, and are not permitted in dining and recreation areas. Limit of two dogs per guestroom and they must be over 6 months of age. There is a $200 fee for non-compliance with any of the above policies.

Pool Policy
Our unsupervised, outdoor pool facility is open seven days a week, year round, 7am-11pm. Hot tubs are also available during these hours. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub facilities.
Smoke-Free Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking.
