Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid photo identification and credit card. There is a limit of $200.
Early Arrival/Late Departure Policy
If you arrive early in the day and prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the resort. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of three extra beds per residence is allowed. For renters, a nightly fee of $50 plus tax applies for each rollaway.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Gift certificates can be used in any hotel outlet or applied to hotel bill during checkout. Starwood Preferred Guest members can also earn Starpoints® on purchases made with gift certificates.
Pets are allowed, no weight restrictions. A $25 non-refundable deposit and $25 daily fee will be charged per room. Pets are required to be on a leash throughout the hotel. Pets are not allowed in the food service areas of the hotel.
St. Regis Residence Club Aspen has a stay pattern of Saturday to Saturday. If your reservation does not coincide with this pattern, you may be required to relocate residences during your stay.
