Restrictions on the Acceptance of US Currency
Due to recent local regulations, the acceptance of US Dollars in cash is now restricted across Mexico. Payments with credit/debit cards remain unaffected. Please provide arrangements to settle your accounts and other expenses with a credit card or in Mexican Pesos. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our guests.
Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Alcohol Policy
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over age 18.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We are pleased to offer professional babysitting and child care services.
Children from 5-12 have free access to the Children's Club. We ask that children be in good health to attend the club and that parents remain in the resort while children are enrolled in any of the programs.
We request that guests make 24-hour advance reservations for the Children's Club.
Check Acceptance Policy
The resort is pleased to accept all major credit cards and Traveler's Checks. We regret that personal checks are not accepted as a method of payment.
Currency Policy
Please note that all prices are quoted in US Dollars, do not include taxes or gratuities, and may be subject to change.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer extra beds for a fee of $100 USD per night in any suite ($175 USD in high season December 18 - January 3, 2010). We regret that we are unable to accommodate extra beds in Deluxe Rooms.
ID Requirement
Please present a valid photo ID (driver's license, passport, valid ID card) upon check-in.
Pet Policy
We are delighted to welcome pets to our resort. We permit one dog (18 lbs/8 kg or less) per room and provide an array of amenities for their comfort.
The pet fee is a non-refundable $150 per day. We ask that guests sign an agreement to pay any additional cleaning bills or repairs that may arise as a consequence of keeping a pet in the guests' room.
We kindly ask that guests observe the following regulations when traveling with their pets:
- Please use the "Dog in Room" door hanger at all times.
- Keep dog in a leash when outside the room.
Please note that we do not permit pets in the resort's restaurants, the Spa, the Children's Club, the Exercise Room or the Meeting Rooms.
