Mandatory Transportation Costs
Please note that there is a mandatory roundtrip transportation charge of 8424 XPF per person which applies to all guests staying at the resort. The transportation charge for children under 12 years of age is 4212 XPF. Please contact the resort for further information and to provide flight details.
Arrival in Bora Bora by Air
Bora Bora is conveniently connected to Tahiti and the rest of French Polynesia by plane.
The airline carrier Air Tahiti operates daily inter-island flights between Papeete and Bora Bora. The flight time is approximately 50 minutes.
For security reasons, Air Tahiti does not operate any night time flights and you might hence be required to overnight in Papeete, depending on your intercontinental flight schedule.
Once arrived to Bora Bora, our Airport Greeter will be welcoming you and take care of your further boat transfer to St. Regis Resort, Bora Bora.
Our St. Regis Travel Specialist team on property will be pleased to assist you with inter-island flight reservations as well as special requests for private jet or helicopter transfers.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be at least 18 years of age and have proper identification in order to reserve any room or services at St. Resort Resort, Bora Bora. Any person below 18 years of age and staying at the hotel must be accompanied by an adult. Certain restrictions may apply, and all policies are subject to change without notice.
If a guest is registered at the resort, personal checks are accepted. Check cashing services up to $300 per day, per room is also available for registered guests. Proper identification and contact information is required.
The currency that is accepted in French Polynesia is the French Polynesian Franc. This is different from the Euro and the French Franc. The United States dollar is accepted in some establishments.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates are available. They may be used by the bearer only, are not transferable and must be used by the expiration date. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and are subject to availability. Certain black out dates may apply.
Extra Bedding Policy
Guest rooms can accommodate between 4 and 8 persons, depending on type of accommodation booked. All rooms feature King Size Beds; additional bedding is available at 12,000 XPF per bed, per night.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Any freight received at the hotel must be clearly marked for property delivery, and must show name of guest and arrival date. Freight will not be stored for more 30 days in advance of any booking or may subject to storage fees, in accordance with regulated policies.
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All rooms at the St. Regis Resort, Bora Bora are suites; therefore, Starpoint Award reservations must be booked at a higher Starpoint rate through your local customer contact center.
Citizens of the United States and Canada must have a valid passport and return ticket. Visas are not required for stays of less than one month. Please contact the hotel for further information.
