Compulsory New Year's Gala Dinner: December 31, 2013
On December 31, 2013, there is a compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner for all guests. The cost is 8,050 THB per adult, 5,025 THB per child (5 to 12 years of age) and complimentary for children 4 years of age and under. The cost is inclusive of taxes and service charge and is in addition to the room price. Please contact the resort for further information.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement/Family Plan Policy
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in. Children over twelve years are treated as adults, and an extra person charge per room may apply. Children twelve years and under will receive discounted meals at the buffet and stay free with parents using existing bedding.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Restricted childcare services are provided by the hotel associates upon request. Please contact the resort at (66) 7642 7500 for more details. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $60 per day and $300 per stay. There is a 10% fee for this service.
Connecting Room Policy
Guests may request connecting rooms if required. However, the resort cannot guarantee the availability of connecting rooms until a day prior to arrival. Requests may be made through in the Special Request field on the booking page, through resort direct via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or via Starwood Central Reservations.
Credit Card Policy
American Express, Visa, Diners Club, Master Card, JCB are accepted. Please note that the resort does not accept debit cards due to bank restrictions.
All rates are quoted in US dollars and will be converted to Thai Baht according to the local currency exchange rate at the time of check-in.
Resort casual wear is required in all restaurants and bars. Topless sunbathing is not allowed by the pool area and beach, as it violates local laws and customs.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra bedding, at an additional cost, can be requested when making the reservation.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Pets are not allowed.
Pools are open from 7am until 7pm due to pool safety regulations. Swimmers in the pool do so at their own risk. The hotel accepts no liability for injury or the loss of property around the pool area.
The Spa Pool is adjacent to Le Spa and fitness centre located within the resort's spa accommodation wing. It is a square-shaped pool with a Jacuzzi, offering a quiet and tranquil environment for couples to relax. It is also an ideal pool in which to swim laps for fitness. The pool is reserved for swimmers 16 years of age and above.
Opening days and times of the resort's restaurants and bars may vary according to season and weather. Advance reservations are recommended for all restaurants. Some dinner reservations require a 24-hour notice, and a cancellation policy applies.
Smoking is not permitted in all areas of the resort, except in designated smoking guestrooms and smoking public areas.
