Disability Access Policy
We are pleased to offer eight Classic rooms designed for people with reduced mobility. All of these rooms are equipped with a bathtub. These rooms are 25 square meters and feature 79 cm wide bathroom doors and lowered sinks and bed. These rooms can be guaranteed at the time of booking by calling the Reservations department at (33)(4) 97 03 40 00.
All guest room floors are can be accessed by elevators. The hotel entrance has an escalator and elevator access. Please note that the rooftop restaurant and swimming pool are only accessible by stairs. The stairs are equipped with a ramp.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room at the hotel. A valid photo ID is required upon check in.
Payment by French cheque is subject to hotel management's approval. The hotel does not offer cheque cashing services.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel is pleased to offer its guests the option of connecting rooms, subject to availability. The hotel can provide connecting classic rooms, or connecting deluxe rooms.

The dress code throughout the hotel is casual. A shirt and shoes are required at all times.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of up to 50% of the remaining stay may be applied to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.

Extra Bedding Policy
Cribs are provided upon request. They are approximately 60x98x57 cm in size. The hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guest must bring their own. Highchairs are available upon request. Bottle warmers are unavailable.
Rollaways for children under 12 and cribs are provided free of charge. Rollaways for guests 12 years old and above incur an additional charge per night. This charge is included in the room rate when the room is reserved for 3 persons.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
The hotel requires a valid photo ID or passport upon check in. By special agreement, professional identification may also be requested
Maximum Occupancy Policy
The hotel is pleased to accept or make freight shipments for an additional charge. Under certain circumstances, the hotel may agree to store freight shipments for a limited time period. Any freight received at the hotel must be clearly marked for property delivery, and must identify the name of guest, their arrival date and a clear description of the contents.
The hotel will not accept deliveries containing food.
The hotel is delighted to welcome pets to the property. We permit one dog (40 lbs or less) per room at 18 EUR per day.
We request that all dogs are kept on a leash outside of the guest room, are well trained and kept under control. Pets are not permitted in the hotel's meeting rooms or around the swimming pool. Guests are required to sign a liability waiver at check-in.
Service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions that apply to pets or other animals.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
In addition to major credit cards, the hotel is pleased to accept cash and traveller cheques in Euros as forms of payment. We regret that traveller cheques in other currencies are not accepted, even if they are issued by American Express.
At the time of check out, guests are asked to present their credit card as a valid form of payment. For third party payment, the cardholder may pay by bank transfer—at least one week in advance of the stay, with extra expenses billed directly to the guest at check-out—or complete and send a credit card authorisation form to the hotel.

We are pleased to intercept all calls to an individual guest upon request. Furthermore, the hotel does not distribute guest contact details to third parties or confirm a guest’s presence at the hotel.
For security and additional privacy, all credit card details are encrypted.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A penalty will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
