Babysitting/Child Care Policy
The Concierge is pleased to recommend a third party to arrange babysitting services. 24-hour notice is required, and a fee will be charged by the babysitting company. The hotel cannot be held responsible in case of incident.
The hotel does not offer cheque cashing services.
Connecting Room Policy
We are pleased to offer guests two options for connecting rooms. 92 rooms feature an interconnecting door, while clusters of rooms in the Crystal Tower may be connected via private corridor. Dress Code Policy
Guests are requested to wear smart casual attire while staying at the hotel. We regret that swimsuits are not allowed in the hotel or at the restaurants.
Early Departure Policy
For guests who wish to make an early departure, please note that charges for all remaining nights plus taxes will still apply. We regret that the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees.
Early Arrival Policy
For guests arriving early, the hotel is pleased to offer several options. Guests may have access to the fitness centre’s private changing rooms or be provided with a courtesy room, while storing their luggage at the porter’s desk. The hotel can offer an early arrival guarantee for 50% of your room rate, subject to availability.
Extra Bedding/Crib Policy
We are pleased to offer one extra bed per room, depending on the room type reserved, for a fee. Cribs are complimentary but need to be requested prior to arrival. The hotel provides the cot along with the mattress, plastic mattress protector and bottom sheet. For safety reasons, we do not provide sheets, blankets or pillows for the crib.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
We are pleased to accept all forms of payments for a wide range of gift certificates to the hotel. Gifts include cooking and wine classes, fitness centre passes and rooms. Guests must be 18 years or older to purchase or redeem a gift certificate. Please contact the hotel directly to redeem gift certificates.
ID Requirement Policy
All guests checking into the hotel are required to show a valid form of photo ID. European guests may show a photo ID, while guests from Asia, Russia, Africa and the Americas are required to show a valid passport. The hotel suggests confirming visa requirements for all other countries with the appropriate embassy.
Late Check-out Policy
For guests leaving after the standard 12pm checkout time, a charge of 50% of the daily room rate will be applied.
We are pleased to welcome small dogs (maximum weight: 18 kilograms) in all room categories. A daily fee of 18 EUR per dog will be added to the room rate.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
At time of check-out, card holder must present their credit card as form of payment. For third party payment, the cardholder must either pay by bank transfer (at least one week in advance for accommodation, and the extras to be billed at check-out to the guest directly) or complete a credit card authorization form and send it back to the hotel. All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. A 200 EUR cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Smoking is allowed on balconies and in public areas outside the hotel building.
Visa regulation for Monaco follows the European regulations. European guests have to provide a valid passport or ID card. Guests traveling from non-European countries should check with their authorities regarding visa/passport requirements.
Voucher and Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
We are pleased to accept vouchers and purchase orders from approved travel agencies and tour operators. Please note, the voucher must be presented at the front desk at the time of check in.
