Special Conditions
Sculpture Park Closure: April 22 - 24, 2013
From April 22 to April 24, 2013, the Sculpture Park is closed for maintenance. Guests will be able to use their valid tickets until the end of December 2013. Please contact the resort for further information.
Currency Fluctuations

The hotel's public area is fully accessible and in compliance with local regulations. Three disability accessible rooms are available and they are connected with a Superior King room.

Connecting Room Policy
The hotel has connecting rooms in the following configurations:
- Superior Twin to Superior King
- Garden View Twin to Garden View King
- Lake View Twin to Lake View King
- Executive Suite to Lake View Twin

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Please contact the hotel for further information.

ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.

Late checkout is subject to room availability and fee.

All payment is settled upon check-out. The hotel accepts major credit cards. Third-party payment is not accepted at the hotel.
Visa/Passport Policy
All visitors to China are required to have a visa and all guests must present their passport at check-in, due to local laws.
