Federal Flood Control Project Until November 15, 2014
Until November 15, 2014, the Napa River Dry Bypass Project will be creating a park next to the hotel. During this time, there may project noise between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Please contact the resort for further information.
Resort Information Following Minor Earthquake Damage
The Westin Verasa Napa has resumed guest operations following the recent earthquake. The resort is still undergoing some restorations. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our front desk team. Guests inquiring about the status of businesses and attractions in the area should visit www.visitnapavalley.com.
Weekends last longer at Westin with late checkout on Sunday. Availability may vary.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) we provide rooms that have amenities that can assist a guest that might need some extra support during their stay.
Per state law, alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with valid photo identification to reserve or check into a room.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Our Concierge will gladly recommend local childcare organizations, as childcare services are not provided by the hotel. Advance reservations are required.
Personal checks are not accepted. Additionally, the resort does not offer check cashing services at this time.
Connecting Room Policy
We are pleased to offer connecting rooms—Traditional King rooms connect to a Premium or One-Bedroom Suite. Available upon request and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Early Departure Policy
Please be advised that a fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply to all early departures.
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early check-in based on availability. In the case of check-in prior to 12pm a fee of 75 USD will apply. To guarantee early arrival, guests should reserve the night prior.
Extra Bedding Policy
Complimentary rollaways are available upon request in our One-Bedroom Suites with a king-size bed and larger. These suites are also equipped with sleeper sofas and can be made up upon request.
Gift Certificate Redemption
Gift certificate reservations are based on availability and must be made via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. The original certificate must be presented at the time of check-in. Lost or damaged gift certificates will not be replaced. Extensions to the expiration date are not permitted.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to offer late checkouts based on availability. For checkout after 3pm, 50% of the night's room rate will be charged.
Package Handling Policy
Incoming packages may incur charges if received more than three days prior to arrival. Please contact the resort directly for more information.
Dogs up to 40 lbs are welcome. Guests must sign a waiver for damage and cleaning upon arrival. Available pet amenities include the Heavenly® Dog Bed, food and water bowls, dog in-room sign, and a pet amenity kit provided at check-in. Please note dogs must be leashed at all times and are not permitted in any food & beverage area, pool, or bocce courts.
Please ensure the reservation record indicates that a dog is accompanying the guest.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the resort will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Resort Charge Policy
A daily 20 USD amenity fee and 14.07% occupancy tax will be added to every room rate. This fee includes overnight valet parking, wired and wireless High Speed Internet Access in guest rooms, local calls, one bottle of water each night, a nightly wine-tasting reception, and access to the heated saltwater pool, hot tub, bocce courts, WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio, and business center services, including copies.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee of 200 USD per room and/or 500 USD per public space if evidence of smoking is found in prohibited areas.
A designated smoking area is located behind the pool adjacent to the Riverwalk.
The resort does not maintain a waitlist at this time.
