Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We are pleased to offer babysitting services based upon availability. Please note that babysitting requests must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance and additional terms and conditions may apply.
Check Acceptance Policy
We regret that personal checks are not accepted as a method of payment.
Connecting Room Policy
The resort is pleased to offer connecting rooms for your convenience, based upon availability. Please make your request prior to arrival. Connecting rooms are available in one king-size bed to two twin-size bed configurations. Please note that Ocean View Pool Suites and Tropical Pool Villas may not be connected to another suite.
Dress Code Policy
Guests are required to wear bathing suits while using the resort swimming pool.
Early Departure Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request. Guests may change their departure date without penalty if their rate plan permits. No refund will be provided for reservations under prepaid rate plans.
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to offer early arrivals based upon availability. In the case of early arrival, before 10am, a fee equal to one night's room rate applies. Please make your request in advance to ensure availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
We are pleased to offer extra beds upon request, based upon availability. Adult rollaway beds will incur a nightly fee, while children’s rollaway beds are complimentary.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways for extra adults will incur additional charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Please note that only gift certificates issued directly by the resort will be accepted, and a photocopy of the gift certificate must be mailed or faxed to our reservation desk prior to arrival. Contact in-house reservations for more information or to purchase a gift certificate.
For security purposes, valid photo identification or proof of age card is required at check-in. Certain promotions for specific rates may require additional identification for verification.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts based upon availability, for an additional fee. In the case of late checkout between 3pm and 6pm, a fee equal to 50% of the nightly room rate will apply. For checkouts after 6pm, a full night's room rate will apply.
All suites and villas can accommodate a maximum of three persons. Additional fees may apply for extra bedding.
Package Handling Policy
We are pleased to receive packages for in-house guests for no additional fee. However, all applicable customs and tax charges are the guest’s responsibility.
While we greatly appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, the resort does not accept pets at this time.
We are pleased to accept cash or a major credit card as a method of payment. Foreign currencies must be converted to the local Thai Baht (THB) currency.
Our outdoor pool is for in-house guest use only. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while at the pool.
SPG Participation Disclaimer
All accommodations at the Vana Belle, Koh Samui are suites and villas; therefore, Starpoint Award reservations must be booked at a higher Starpoint rate through your local customer contact center.
All suites and villas as well as enclosed public areas are 100% non-smoking. There are, however, several designated smoking areas around the resort and in our restaurants. A fee of 5,000 THB will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking area.
All Pool Suites can accommodate a maximum of two adults or two adults with one child who is sharing the bed with his/her parent.
According to Thai immigration law, all non-Thai citizens are required to present a passport and immigration entry card upon arrival.
Guests may place their names on a waitlist for rooms and will be contacted promptly as accommodations become available.
