Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests ages 18 years and older.
Check Cashing Policy
Personal checks are not accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
We are pleased to offer connecting guest rooms and suites for your convenience. Please make your request as soon as possible to ensure availability.
Early Departure Policy
While we are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request, guests will be charged for the remainder of their reservation.
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early arrivals based upon availability for an incremental hourly fee. Please request in advance to ensure availability.
Children's Policy
It is our pleasure to offer rollaway beds and cribs upon request for an additional fee. Please note that children ages three and under may sleep in existing room bedding at no additional charge. Children ages three to 12 will be charged a child supplement fee, and guests ages 12 and over will be charged as an adult.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs based upon availability for an incremental hourly fee. Please request in advance to ensure availability.
Pet Policy
While we appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, the hotel does not accept pets at this time.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
We are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Carte Blanche as well as cash payments. We regret we cannot accept personal checks.
Dine-Around Policy
Guests staying at the Castillo Hotel Son Vida on half-board basis have the additional benefit of selecting between the six unique restaurants of three luxury hotels for lunch or dinner. Our complimentary shuttle service provides transportation to the Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel. As for the transportation to the St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort, we are happy to assist you with the organization of a taxi or private transportation.
Smoking Policy
Per law, smoking is not permitted in the hotel or in dining facilities. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and outdoors.
Visa/Passport Policy
We request that all non-local residents please present a valid passport at check-in.
