Connecting Room Policy

The resort is pleased to offer 14 connecting rooms for your convenience. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability.

Credit Card Policy

We are pleased to accept all major credit cards including American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Diners Club International.

Currency Policy

Please be advised that all room rates and charges are quoted in US Dollars. If participating in the First Currency Choice Program, billing is processed in the guest's home currency, and is subject to the exchange rate of the credit card company.

Early Departure Policy

Upon your arrival, your departure date will be confirmed at the front desk. If you depart earlier than your confirmed date, the entire amount of your confirmed stay, plus taxes, will be charged to your credit card.

While we are unable to guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability. Fees may apply.

Extra Bedding Policy

It is our pleasure to offer extra beds in all guest rooms and suites upon request for a daily fee, plus additional taxes. Subject to availability.

Smoking Policy

We regret that smoking is not allowed in the hotel. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Tax Exempt Policy

Non-resident travelers are exempted of the 18% IGV (Peruvian Sales Tax) in lodging, upon presentation of Passport and Andean Migration Card (Tarjeta Andina de Migración) at time of registration. The arrival date stamped by the Peruvian Immigration officer should be less than 60 days; otherwise this exemption cannot be applied.
