Hotel Policies
Disability Accessible Policy
We offer disability accessible rooms featuring safety bars, wider doors and wheelchair accessible areas. Please contact the resort directly for more information, or to request a room.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is only available to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Guest rooms only connect to suites. Please contact the resort for further information.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. For guests who advise of their early departure upon check-in, there is no fee. For guests departing earlier than 12:00 pm, the fee is 50% of one night's room rate plus taxes. For guests checking out after 12:00 pm, the fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply. Please contact the resort for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Check-in prior to 3pm is subject to availability and charges.
Extra Bedding Policy
An extra bed for adults is an additional €100 per room, per night. If children are sharing the parents’ room and using existing bedding, there is no additional cost for children up to 12 years old. If the children require an extra bed, the additional cost is €100 per room, per night. Cribs are free of charge.
Family Plan Policy
For guest rooms, children 3 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Children between the age of 4 and 12 will be charged 50 EUR (fee includes rollaway bed and breakfast). In Suites, a maximum of two children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Fee will apply for breakfast.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the resort directly. Please note that gift certificate reservations are subject to the resort’s availability.
Late Checkout Policy
A late check-out is subject to the resort's availability. Charges may apply.
Maximum Occupancy Policy
The maximum occupancy is as follows:
- 3 people in guest rooms
- 4 people in suites
- 6 people in Villa Ithomi & Sapientza and Residential Villas
Pet Policy
Dogs up to 45 pounds are allowed. A daily fee of 50 EUR will be charged. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please contact the resort for further information.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
Personal traveler's checks and most credit cards are accepted by the resort.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms, indoor restaurants and indoor public spaces are non-smoking. Please contact the resort for further information.
