For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Disability Accessible Policy
Our Disability Accessible Rooms include hearing aid equipment, light flashing fire alarms, safety bars in the bathrooms, roll-in shower and a safety chain. Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with valid passport to reserve a room and check into the hotel.
Connecting Room Policy
Please note that requests for connecting rooms cannot be confirmed in advance. Additionally, the resort gives priority on connecting rooms to families with children under 12 years old.
Early Departure Policy
A one-night penalty will apply for early departures without advance notification.
Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. In order to guarantee the room for early check-in, guests will need to book the room for the prior night.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra beds are not allowed in rooms equipped with 2 beds. Fees apply.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
United Arab Emirates (UAE) Residents:
- Upon check-in, guests must present a UAE ID, drivers license or passport with a valid visa stamp.
Non-United Arab Emirates (UAE) Residents:
- Upon check-in, guests must present a valid passport and visa. All other identification documents are not acceptable.
- Saudi nationals must present their original passport.
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The hotel accepts cash and major credit cards as forms of payment. Third party payments and bank transfers are also accepted with mandatory documentation. For further information please contact the Reservations Department at email@example.com.
Guaranteed reservations are held until midnight on the day of arrival.
Smoking is permitted within designated areas of the hotel. Smoking in a non-smoking guest room will result in a cleaning charge of AED 2000.00.
Please check with the nearest Embassy of United Arab Emirates in advance of traveling to ensure you are compliant with entry rules and procedures. Non-compliant guests may not be allowed to enter the country. The hotel is not responsible for any failure to comply with this Visa/Passport Policy.
All non-local residents must present a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry in to the United Arab Emirates. The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa can assist with the visa process. Please contact the reservations department at firstname.lastname@example.org or (971)(2) 616 9801. The visa process will take about 7 working days. Applications with a shorter lead period will not be accepted. All Visa charges have to be paid at the time of the application and are non-refundable. If a visa is not granted by the immigration authorities, visa charges cannot be refunded or adjusted.
