Alcohol Policy

The resort is pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over the age of 18. The resort respectfully reserves the right to check identification for proof of age.

Age Requirement Policy

The resort requests that guests be 17 years of age and above; guests under the age of 17 should be accompanied by parents. The resort respectfully reserves the right to check identification.

Babysitting/Child Care Policy

We are pleased to offer professional babysitting and childcare services upon request for an additional fee. Guests should contact the e-butler at a minimum of 24 hours in advance to make a reservation.

Check Acceptance Policy

We regret that checks are not accepted as a method of payment.

Connecting Room Policy

The resort is pleased to offer 24 connecting rooms for guests’ convenience. Please note that connecting rooms are available exclusively within the Deluxe Room category, are subject to availability, and should be requested upon booking. The setup for connecting rooms is either two Deluxe king rooms or a Deluxe king with a Deluxe twin room.

Currency Fluctuations

Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Dress Code

Please note that shorts, men’s sleeveless shirts, and sandals may not be worn in restaurants during dinner.

Early Departure Policy

Early departures may be available on a case-by-case basis; however, this may vary seasonally. Please contact the resort in advance for further information.

Early Arrival Policy

While we are unable to guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability. To guarantee a room for check-in prior to 3pm, we request that reserve the night prior.

Extra Bedding Policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary cribs and extra beds upon request.

Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Gift Certificate Policy

While the resort is pleased to accept gift certificates, guests using certificates must book their stay prior to arrival.

ID Requirement

Per Starwood Hotels and Resorts policy and procedures, all in-house guests are required to have their ID card/passport for check-in procedures. This applies as well to all guests visiting and staying with the resort's villa and suite guests. The resort reserves the right to refuse any guest patronizing the resort area without any valid ID card.

Late Check-out Policy

The resort is pleased to accommodate late checkout for an additional fee. Guests’ butler will contact them prior to their arrival to arrange for late checkout. For checkout after 4pm, a fee equal to 50% of the daily room rate will apply while 100% of the daily room rate will apply to checkout after 6pm. Please note that late checkout fees include lunch and dinner.

Pet Policy

While we greatly appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, the resort does not accept pets at this time.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is only allowed in outside areas, including terraces of the guest rooms.

Visa/Passport Policy

A valid Passport is required for all guests. Please check with the embassy in the country of departure to see if a Visa is required.

Guests may place their names on a waitlist for rooms and will be contacted promptly as rooms become available.
