Sheraton Club Lounge
Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.

Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

ADA Policy
The hotel is accessible to wheelchairs and disability accessible guest rooms are available. Please contact the Guest Service Center to set up TDD equipment and/or to reserve a wheelchair.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Per Chinese government policy, Chinese citizens must be 18 years of age or older to check-in.
Check Acceptance Policy
We regret that personal checks are not accepted as a method of payment.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are subject to availability. Please contact the resort prior to arrival to reserve connecting rooms.
Extra Bedding Policy
Cribs are available free of charge. Rollaway beds are available for a fee. For more information and arrangements, please contact the hotel directly.
Family Plan Policy
Children 17 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or to redeem a gift certificate, please contact the resort directly.
ID Requirement
All guests are required to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID upon check-in. Corporate rates require a business identification card or a fax with the company ID on it.
Late Checkout Policy
A fee of 50% of one night's room rate will be applied to guests checking out past 12pm but before 6pm. A fee of a full one night's room rate will be applied to guests checking out after 6pm. Please contact the resort for further information.
Occupancy Policy
The maximum capacity for a room is three adults, however supplemental charges will apply. Two adults and two children (younger than 12 years of age) are allowed when using existing bedding in the room. A rollaway bed is allowed in select rooms for a fee. A crib is allowed in select rooms free of charge.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Payment Policy
Third party credit card payments are not accepted.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel public areas. The hotel provides smoking floors and smoking rooms for guests.
