Currency Fluctuations
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Credit Card Policy
The resort accepts all major credit cards. Per local laws and regulations, credit cards will be charged in the local currency. The resort is not responsible for any currency-exchange fees charged by credit card companies or banks.
Early Departure Policy
In the event of an early departure, the guest will be charged for the full stay.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available upon request. Daily fee applies.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

There are designated smoking rooms, public spaces and areas in the restaurants.
Visa/Passport Policy
The resort requests that all non-local residents present a passport valid at least 6 months from the date of entry to Indonesia, and request that guests have proof of onward passage (either return or through tickets). Please check with the nearest Embassy of Indonesia to get an updated list of countries that do not require a visa to enter Bali, or for countries that require and are eligible for Visa-On-Arrival (cost for these visas are US$ 10 for a stay up to 7 days, US$ 25 for a stay up to 30 days).
The Visa-On-Arrival is non-extendable and cannot be converted into a different visa. The visa purchasing system will take approximately 3-5 minutes per applicant. Once guests have paid for and received their visa they will need to proceed to Immigration where the visas will be processed. Citizens of countries not on the Visa-On-Arrival or Visa-Free lists will be required to apply for a visa before entering Indonesia. If guests cannot fulfill the above requirements, they may not be allowed to enter the country. The resort is not held responsible for the failure of applying this visa/passport policy.
