Hotel Policies
ADA Policy
The resort is pleased to offer a variety of ADA compliant amenities. To book an ADA room, please contact our reservations office directly at (866) 716-8109.
Alcohol Policy
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 21.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing is available for hotel guests up to a maximum of $200 per day with proper identification.
Early Departure Policy
We are happy to accommodate early departures upon request. Please note that guests may incur a fee.
Early Arrivals/Late Departures Policy
We are happy to accommodate early arrivals upon request. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability. Guests can enjoy the Lokelani Hospitality Suite if arriving prior to the 3pm check-in time or wish to stay at the resort past the 12pm checkout time. The Lokelani Suite offers shower facilities, television, and other comforts.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
While we greatly appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, we do not accept pets at this time.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Resort Charge Policy
Some of the hotel’s most sought-after amenities are bundled into a daily resort charge. The daily resort charge includes High Speed Internet Access in guest room, valet parking for one (1) vehicle, unlimited local and 1-800 telephone calls, up to 60 minutes of long distance telephone calls per day, daily Historical and Cultrual Activities, children 5 and under eat free from Children’s menu in designated dining outlets with paying adult, and morning coffee and tea at the Coconut Lanai. The charge will be billed directly to all guests, at a daily rate of $36.65, tax inclusive, per room per day.
