Leaving Starwood on February 20, 2013
From February 20, 2013, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and the Luxury Collection brand will no longer be affiliated with Lilianfels Resort, Blue Mountains. The resorts will continue to honour all commitments to guests. The Luxury Collection together with the Lilianfels Hotel Blue Mountains and Echoes Hotel Blue Mountains teams, will ensure a smooth transition and do not anticipate any major disruptions for guests staying or holding events at the resort. Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Age Requirement Policy
All hotel guests must be 18 years old to register and 16 years old to enter the Spa and pool areas. We request that minors be accompanied by an adult.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We are pleased to offer professional babysitting and child care services. A minimum of 24 hours advanced notice is required.
Checks are not accepted as method of payment unless approved by hotel management. Please contact the hotel prior to your stay to make arrangements.
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Please be advised that all room rates and charges are quoted in Australian Dollars. Guests are welcome to use our credit card currency exchange service, for an additional fee, to settle bills in their own currency.
The dress code throughout the hotel is casual.
Early Departure Policy
Refunds are not given in the event of early departure, and cancellation fees will apply. In the case of emergencies, credit may be given at management's discretion.
Early Arrival Policy
In order to guarantee an early check-in, the hotel recommends booking a room for the night prior to arrival.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer extra beds upon request for our Grand Deluxe Rooms at no extra cost.
Family Plan Policy
Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
We are pleased to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate guest's requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates will be subject to availability at time of booking, unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate. Please contact the hotel for further information.
All guests who reserve through a third-party website or book same day walk-in reservations are required to present a photo ID upon arrival. Guests who booked an industry rate are required to show an industry ID upon arrival.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request.
Meeting Room Policy
The two main meeting rooms can be reserved for a fee.
The resort asks all guests and conference groups to reduce noise by 11 PM. Any reported noise disturbances are followed up by the hotel's manager on duty.
All rooms are based on two-person occupancy. A limited number of rooms can accomodate more than two people; however, additional fees may apply.
Service animals under 44 pounds are allowed only in rooms with accessible facilities. A charge of AUD$89 per day applies. There is a maximum of one pet per room and pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in dining or spa areas.
Credit Card Policy
A credit card fee applies to credit card transactions. There is a fee of 1.5% for Visa and Mastercard, and 3% for American Express and Diners cards.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
The resort accepts purchase orders. Please contact the resort for further information.
We regret that smoking is not allowed at the resort.
Voucher Acceptance Policy
Vouchers must be valid when redeemed and they are not extendable, redeemed in parts and they are not transferrable. All original vouchers must be given to the resort when using the voucher. Copies are not accepted. Please contact the property to redeem your voucher.
Guests may place their names on a wait list for rooms and will be contacted promptly as accommodations become available.
