Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is only available to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room. Photo identification will be verified upon check-in.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting/child care is arranged with the concierge department through a licensed third-party company. A fee and minimum number of hours is associated with this service.
Check Acceptance Policy
No personal checks are accepted. Company checks are accepted and must be received a minimum of one week prior to arrival.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are based on availability.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of 100 USD will be charged to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date without a minimum of 24-hours notice. Please contact the resort for further information.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one extra bed is allowed per room with a king size bed. Additional bed is not permitted in guest rooms with 2 double beds.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed. There is a limit of three pets per room and a non-refundable cleaning fee of 35 USD will be applied. Guests will be assigned 'pet friendly' rooms on the lower floors in either Resort View or Lake View rooms for easy access to the designated pet-walking areas.
Resort Charge Policy
Guests will be charged a daily 25 USD resort charge. This includes: self parking, unlimited use of Westin Workout and Spa Moulay (treatments are additional), toll-free calls, Intra-resort shuttle, concierge assisted boarding passes, secure golf bag storage, scheduled recreation and pool activities, high speed internet access (guestroom and lobby areas only), unlimited water craft rental (kayak and pedal boat), scheduled Las Vegas Strip shuttle, and a daily newspaper.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
