A room that is accessible to guests with disabilities must be requested at least three days prior to arrival. A wheelchair can be provided by our housekeeping department.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years, or older with vailid identification.

Guests must be 18 years or older with valid identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available by request and are subject to availability. A guest room or a suite with a king-size bed can connect to a room with two single beds.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed at check-in. Guests who depart before their confirmed departure date may incur a charge of up to 100% of the confirmed length of stay.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals should be requested in advance and are subject to availability at check-in. To guarantee an early arrival, a guest must reserve a room for the previous night.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one additional rollaway bed is allowed per room. Superior Rooms cannot accommodate additional beds.
Family Plan Policy
Children 17 and under sleep for free in existing bedding.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts are available but are subject to availability. A checkout between noon and 6pm will incur a fee of 50% of the room rate. A checkout after 6pm will incur a fee of 100% of the room rate.
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are permitted when accompanying guests with disabilities.
Third party credit card payments are not accepted. In order to arrange pre-payments, please contact the hotel directly.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the hotel.
All visitors to China are required to have a visa and must present their passports upon check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
