Hotel Refurbishment February 25 - August 16, 2013
Until August 16, 2013, the resort will be refurbishing guest rooms and bathrooms, guest corridors and the porte cochere. During this time, noise is expected from Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 3pm. Every effort will be made to avoid guest inconvenience and keep noise to a minimum. During this transformation the resort facade will also take on a new color scheme.

Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are based on availability and must be requested. Connecting rooms feature one king and one twin room of the same view. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Credit Card Policy
A 1.5 percent fee applies to all transactions settled by Credit Card. This fee will be added to the total of the transaction.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. For pre-paid bookings, 100% of the confirmed length of stay will be charged on the day of departure. For non-prepaid bookings a fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply. Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed; however, prior arrangement will need to be made. Please contact the resort directly.
Upon check-in to the hotel, we require either pre-authorization on the guest’s credit card or payment in cash of the full accommodation rates plus $100 bond per day for incidentals. The unused portion of the bond will be refunded at checkout.
In accordance with the Resort swimming pool policy, we are pleased to extend the use of our pool exclusively to registered Resort guests. Non-registered guests or visitors of registered guests are not permitted in the pool area. The Resort pool contains chlorinated water. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, activities such as ball throwing, jumping or diving into the pool and any other activity the hotel deems potentially disruptive to the normal enjoyment of the area by other registered guests is not permitted. The Resort does not provide life guards.
All guest rooms, public areas, restaurants/bars and conference facilities at the Sheraton Noosa Resort & Spa are 100% non-smoking. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee of 200 AUD if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room.
