As a villa resort, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits, including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4pm late checkouts, and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants, bars, and room service, some elite welcome amenities are not available.
Regarding Free Night Awards:
- Reservations may be booked only within 365 days of arrival.
- Inventory may be limited, and blackout dates may apply during special events.
- Starpoints® acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Westin or Sheraton Villa Resort.
Oasis Pool Closure: November 30 – December 18, 2015
From November 30 through December 18, 2015, the Oasis Pool will be closed for resurfacing. During this time, the main swimming pool will remain open. Please contact the resort for further information.
Main Pool Closure Beginning January 4, 2016
Beginning January 4, 2016, for approximately six weeks, the main swimming pool will be closed. During this time, the Oasis Pool will remain open. Please contact the resort for further information.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Early Arrival Policy
We invite you to check in any time after 4 p.m., and request that you check out by 10 a.m. If your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, you're welcome to leave your bags with us at the Front Desk so that you may enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your safety, we will only issue villa keys to those who are listed on your reservation, unless you are otherwise notified.
Extra Bedding Policy

Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem your certificate please fax a copy of the certificate along with your name, address, phone number and selected choices to (407) 903-4302 or call 1-800-583-6170 extension #7.
All of our nightly rental guests are provided a complete villa cleaning each day and a sheet change every third day, with the exception of those rate plans that do not include service. Verify the rate plan before booking your reservation to see if it includes daily housekeeping service.

Pets are not permitted on the resort grounds. Trained service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are not considered pets and are welcome at the resort. If a pet that is not a service animal is present in a villa, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to the guest’s bill.
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited both inside villas and on balconies and lanais. If signs of smoking are detected, a $250 fee will be applied to your folio. Additionally, in compliance with the Smoke Free Arizona Act, smoking is prohibited around swimming pools, in children’s play areas, and in other public places. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas, which are available throughout the resort.
