As a villa property, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4:00 p.m. late check-outs, and Your24. Also, in regards to Free Night Awards:
- May only book within 365 days of arrival
- Inventory may be limited
- Starpoints acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Starwood Vacation Ownership property.

For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Restrictions on the Acceptance of US Currency
Due to recent local regulations, the acceptance of US Dollars in cash is now restricted across Mexico. Payments with credit/debit cards remain unaffected. Please provide arrangements to settle your accounts and other expenses with a credit card or in Mexican Pesos. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our guests.
Resort Maintenance Until March 31, 2015
Until March 31st, 2015, there is an ongoing renovation project to enhance the villa interiors and the exterior walkways. During this time, all resort amenities and activities will remain available. The work is being completed one building at a time and guests will be housed in unaffected buildings. Please contact the resort for further information.
WestinWORKOUT® Room Renovations: September 1 - October 15
From September 1 to October 15, 2014, the WestinWORKOUT® Room in Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the resort will be closed for renovations. Excessive noise and dust is not expected because the area will be isolated from the rest of the resort.
During this time, the WestinWORKOUT® Room in Phase 4 will remain available.

Alcoholic beverage service is limited to guests 18 years of age and older, with a valid ID.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to reserve and check into a room.
Check Acceptance Policy
Personal checks are not accepted.
Credit Card Policy
Please note that credit card charges will appear in the local currency, Mexican pesos (MXN).
We are pleased to provide currency exchange at the resort for a maximum of 200 USD per guest, per day as mandated by local law. Fees beyond $200, including the final bill, must be paid with a credit card or Mexican pesos.
Early Departure Policy
Upon your arrival, your departure date will be confirmed. A fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax will apply for departing prior to the confirmed date.
Early Arrival Policy
Although standard check-in is at 4pm, we understand that travel in today's world can take unexpected turns. While we cannot guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate your request and additionally offer complimentary luggage storage at the front desk. Please contact the resort directly for further information or to request early check-in.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer rollaway beds and cribs upon request. Rollaways are offered for a nightly fee and are subject to availability.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, please fax a copy of the gift certificate along with the guest name, address, phone number as well as the desired accommodations and dates to (407) 903-4302 or call (01)(800) 583-6170 Ext. #7.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is not available.
While we appreciate your four-legged companion, pets are not permitted at the resort.
While you are prohibited from lighting up in select public spaces and inside guest villas (smoking inside villas will result in a 250 USD cleaning fee), smoking is permitted in a variety of designated areas throughout the resort.
