Alcohol Policy
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 21 years old with valid identification. No alcoholic beverages may be brought to the hotel.
Check Cashing Policy
We are pleased to cash checks for guests of Phoenician Residences when accompanied with valid identification. Please note that there is a $200 daily limit.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of two extra beds are allowed in select rooms. The Presidential Suite & Villa allow three extra beds. One rollaway is permitted in standard king-bed rooms. Guest rooms with two double beds cannot accommodate a rollaway.
Gift Certificate Policy

Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed by request. Please contact the hotel directly at (800) 888-8234 to confirm availability and obtain weight restrictions if applicable. Please be advised there is a non-refundable deposit of $100 required for guests with pets.
SPG Participation Disclaimer
All accommodations at the Phoenician Residences, Luxury Collection Residence Club are residences; therefore, Starpoint Award reservations must be booked at a higher Starpoint rate through your local customer contact center.
