Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $200.
Early Departure Policy
Guests departing prior to their scheduled check-out, which is confirmed at check-in, will be charged one night's room rate and tax.
Early Arrival Policy
We invite you to check in after 4pm, and request that you check out before 10am. However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.
Extra Bedding Policy
If you're traveling with children, just let us know, and we'll make sure you have the cribs and highchairs you need. Rollaway beds are available in our large one-bedroom villas for a fee of just $5 per night (subject to change). Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem your certificate please fax a copy of the certificate along with your name, address, phone number and selected choices to (407) 903-4302 or call 1-800-583-6170 extension #7.
Housekeeping Policy
For your comfort, we include a complete cleaning of your villa prior to check-in, as well as a restorative mid-week refresher. If you prefer, daily housekeeping can easily be arranged at a nominal charge. Allow us to service your villa or accommodate any special requirements you may have.
Pet Policy
In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property. Allow us to assist you in finding one of the many kennels and pet boarding facilities in the area to best serve your needs. Pool Policy
The resort includes several pool areas for our guests enjoyment: an outdoor whirlpool spa a main pool, a family pool, and a flume pool with waterslide. All waterslides require that riders be a minimum of 48 inches tall. Partner riding is not permitted.
Smoking Policy
Take a deep breath. Do you feel invigorated? That's the effect of clean air, which you'll find in unlimited quantities at our resort thanks to our Breathe Westin® initiative. We're dedicated to providing a comfortable and healthy environment for our guests. Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in all enclosed public areas, including the villas. The balcony or lanai of the villa, if so equipped, is a designated smoking area. A fee may be charged to cover the expense of restoring the smoke-free environment of our villas. In addition, the resort observes local and state smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public places.
