Overall everything went excellent , just small comment which you don’t have small pillow for kids & there was no baby cahier which I had asked the butler service and they apologized that they don’t provide .

The hotel is very nice for cople or family visit, there are varaity of swemming pools, resturant, kids club is cool, breakfast is international. the hotel is luxury and rooms are clean.
i really recomend it.

The bathroom was not cleaned on our second day
There is no food on the beach was a major disadvantage
Staff on beach wer very slow
Food on pool needs more choices
Reception lady was not very friendly

Great hotel and great experience once I went through the check in bad experience . I arrived and had to wait for at least 35 minutes as the two rooms were not available .

Stay at the St Regis and you could be staying anywhere in the world. The water colour, the landscape and the resort are such that one easily forgets he/she is not in the Caraibes or the Maldives.

This hotel has the most service minded staff i have ever encountered on any hotel in the world.
Rooms are luxurious in modern style. The location is scenic with nice beaches and sea views.

Very nice hotel. Service needs improvement, as there is lack of management concerning the service aspect, especially by the pool and the restaurants. Only the 55 restaurant had better service.

My wife and I traveled with our 10 month old son. The staff were all so wonderful with us and our son and very attentive to make all of us comfortable and enjoying our stay.

The hotel is geared towards luxury and privacy and the staff go out of their way to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one.
The Asian restaurant is one of the best I have ever dined at.

Good relaxation hotel but pricey for the type of service. I encountered several issues such as AC room not cooling, minibar fridge not working, housekeeping issues, etc I will not come back.

We had a very nice time especially my kids they enjoid playing in the kids club and the kids swimming pool and having face painting . All the staff were very friendly and very profisional.

Small details made St Regis Saadiyat Island EXCELLENT hotel and small details are bringing the overall quality down.
- We got an email informing us that to upgrade our stay the cost was going to be 240 aed and when we arrived the cost was higher and even 2nd night was at 50% not applicable for the upgrade.
- In our room the safe run out of battery and we needed to call to get it fixed, something that you don't expect in such a hotel
- At the adults pools they don't serve water or refreshing towers anymore. On top there were some customers playing music with an iPad and we needed to complain twice for the management to request them to lower the volume.
- We wanted to book diner in one of the restaurants and even we called twice (to main lobby and to concierge) we did not get any answer and we finally confirmed ourselves directly with the restaurant
- Pool bar was out of stock of 2 of the 3 rose wine available and smoke salmon is not available in the breakfast menu anymore
We have been there 4 times in the last year adn a half and even overall, was a pleasant experience definitely not as it used to be.

One of the best hotels.. and i have stayed at many around the world. Superb venue, service, and amenities.
The staff went out of their way, and every detail was anticipated and met.

Due to the location of hotel and fantastic interior i expected more for beach and pool !!!! its really below average compared to resorts in Dubai under SPG.

I have stayed in St Regis and the stay has been woderful. The ambience was posh yet cozy.
