I found my saty at the hotel to be very pleasent indeed,
the staff where excellent and the girls in the
club lounge especilly sunny very good at their jobs.
Also Michael and robert in the downstairs
lobby bar are very nice staff to have and work
very hard for you

We came back to Sheraton Daimeisha every now and then, and our kid enjoyed every single moment - from check-in at the lounge where she enjoyed delicacies during happy hour, and the lovely facilities catered to families. This time we arrived at typhoon moment, so no outdoor activities were possible - we thought she might feel sad as she had anticipated beach and sea. No problems, the kids' corner, indoor swimming pool, and the Chinese restaurant filled it up. Hotel staff have always been very thoughtful, caring, and always anticipated our needs. We'd recommend this hotel for every family vacation!

Thanks for the warmly welcome from the club lounge staff, thanks to Rita who help to reserve the big room for me & my family, and thanks to Cherry, Della, Baisy, Candy, and another handsome boy(sorry I forget the name, my bad), they prepared a nice/delicious cake to celebrate my younger brother's birthday, my family really enjoy the happiness & surprise which those excellent staffs bring to us. and the most lucky thing is that day is also the birthday for Della, we celebrate together, I hope they all enjoy. again, thank you all, you always make my stay perfect in Dameisha Sheraon.

The rooms and staff are nice, however, I had some issues with the maintenance. My toilet would not flush properly (drain clogged, and no, i don't have any constipation problems :#, so I had to call them 3 days in a row. They would come and partially fix the drain, but the same thing would happen again, good thing I had to leave in the morning for work and didn't need to use the bathroom much. On the forth day I asked to get me another room, which they gladly did without any questions.
On two occasions #I stayed for 14 nights# they got my in-room food order wrong, first different toppings on a pizza, and then I specifically asked not to add scallops to seafood fried rice, and only put shrimps, so they did the reverse :) #their English could be better).

Always have the wonderful experience for my stay, really appreciate Chole Xie for her professional service, well remember the food/drink I like and prepare the fresh coffee ready for my breakfast. and as usual the staff in club lounge Summer, Rita, Alice, Cherry provide excellent support for my late checkin & early checkout and Sonia help me for printing, Sunny/Kitty help me to get the information I need. really thanks to those excelent staff, they are valuable asset for hotel.

great location - close to beach (private beach), outlet, theme park. chinese restaurant is decent and value for money- though sometimes the food can be very salty and ingredient not very good (e.g. worst australia steak i've had). One thing the hotel can improve is the hot water supply. We experienced no hot water while my family was taking shower - luckily it is summer now

The location of the hotel is awesome. It is about 5 minutes walking to Pier 39. And the room is clean but a little small. Staff is frendly. Paking is expensive, 50 per night for self parking. But any way, parking arould that area is expensive. Pool is good. and the seat with bonfire in front of the hotel is good. And it is so nice to give me 4 pm check out.
Anyway, if you plan to travel to travel the Fisherman's Wharf. This is the first choice of SPG hotel.

the hotel staff both the front desk manager Justin Hou or the concierge staffs are warm and professional. They helped us with every thing we needed. They made us feel at home and they are like our friends.
This made our stay nice and enjoyable.

Pool and water slide in this resort was great. My kid really enjoyed this. Room condition was quite good with great view. The staff was also very kind. However, the price of restaurant is some what expensive. Seafood BBQ buffet was more than 400RMB / person and this was beyond my expectation. Anyway, it was fatastic experience overall. Thank you for the Sheraton.

I stayed here for 4 nights in June 2014. While this resort has one of the best views from the room and the restaurant, there was a lot to be desired from the staff members. There were a number of them who did not know/understand even basic english. Further, one of the days when we had dinner at the Feast restaurant, it took them almost half an hour to get any dish or drink that we ordered, even a basic vodka with sprite took them half an hour when we were the only guys at the restaurant and there were 4-6 waiters just roaming around. Our glasses were not filled with water on a timely basis, etc. Further, at the time of checkout, the person at the lobby did not understand English at all, so after struggling to make him understand that i was there to check out NOW for 5 minutes, he called the manager I was able to check out. Overall experience was not pleasant.

Left a shopping bag in the Hotel room and wasnt contacted by the Hotel who had my contact details. Had to go through a lot of bother just to get it back. was told by staff that it is not their problem if Guest left items in the room.
Had dinner at the Chinese restuarant and had to wait a long time before food arrived at the table and told after a hour and a half that we still had to wait another 15minutes for a remaining dish.

I have stayed in many Sheraton hotel before, but this is definitely one of the best I have been to. Our family has a wonderful vocation experience, special thanks to Bohong Huang at the reception for the wonderful service and Monica Huang and Candy Wang at the executive lounge, they were very responsive and patient.They were the people who help make our experience at Sheration special.

Perfect location right at the beach and great swimming pool. Staffs are very friendly & professional in particular Ms Liu at the front desk, Raymond at the concierge, a gentleman at the downstair restaurant and many others. They made my stay very enjoyable. Things suggested to improve: one beach towel per guest is definitely not enough at a beach resort. Also, we need more space around the pool and more pool side seats.

I was required to pay a substantial deposit in addition to credit card upon checking in. Some hotels in China require this, but this is the first time I've had to do this at a Starwood hotel. I would hope that with my frequency of travel with them, membership status and credit card guarentee, they would trust me enough to avoid paying an advance deposit

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel, celebrated my birthday and anniversary with my wife. Room was upgraded to a suite on arrival and decorated with flowers. I am grateful to Raymond Chen and George Cao of Concierge. Will definitely come back next time.

All staff went out of their way to assist and dealt with any requests in a totally professional manner,. I was very impresed with the attendance of Ms Liki Lin after I had checked out to spend time with me to make sure that I had enjoyed the total Dameishia Resorct stay.

As a frequent biz traveller, I have stayed over more than 220 nights in the hotel in the past year. Among all those tier 1 hotels, Sheraton Dameisha is the best hotel I ever staying. Many staff did their great job and impressed me a lot, Sunny, Kitty, Baisy, Sonia, Alice..Sorry for not recording all the names down...

I was looking for some cookies for my kid and a small cake to celebrate the birthday of a family member. A chef nicely prepares a small yet I think the most delicious cake in the world in 2 minutes. A warm touch to both my family and me.
The lady at reception is also very nice and polite, a smile from heart.

I stay at the hotel on December 23, at the front of the hotel, no porter to help me with the luggage, check to be soon, the results can not be used on the building cards, the most critical is to work until midnight, ready to rest, have found the bathtub unclean things, I feel very disappointed.

Really enjoyed staying in this green and organized hotel item of ppl servicing and facilities. Highly recognized club lounge staff (Suxxx, Katxx, ..)are so nice and always seek improvement from customer.It is a BIC hotel for relaxation and bring along as sweat family memorable hotel.

Great hospitality from the fronk desk, enjoy the beach and swimming facilities. We had a big family with 10 people get together to celebrate my brother's birthday, hotel offered a nice pretty birthday cake as a big surprise. I would like to go back again in the near future.

I really enjoyed staying in this fabulous hotel. All staff are so nice and professional, the service is much above than I expected and very impressive, especially beautiful girls at the club lounge. It is a great place for relaxation.
