Rated 4 out of 5 by Sunset is beautiful! My room is normal price but I was upgraded to Lake view room. In addition, the room is facing west and I can see beautiful sunset! Besides, the front desk staff "Catherine Zhuang" is very nice, polite and helpful! I appreciate much for her attitudes. December 26, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by “Amazing place not at all like the reviews I read” We checked in to the hotel and we had a very Warm welcome and very courteous staff assist us with our rooms ,we got a nice upgrade to the 7th floor 2728 ,later we tried the YUE chinese restaurant which had very good food and the staff and they assisyed my son Jaeden with some croissants as he didnt wanna eat chinese.We had a suprise knock at the door and the manager got us a birthday cake since it was my wife's birthday ,that was so cool.We had dinner at Bennes Italian restaurant ,The Spa was a good stress buster and overall a great experience.I was a little sceptical because I read a lot of reviews and I think either they did a good job rectifying them or all of them were not true.I will definetly come back to Sheraton Qingyuan October 9, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not for non-Chinese speakers You can find roughly total 5 English speakers among the hotel staff. First of all, appreciate help of Tommy, Allen and Andy. It should be impossible for us to stay here without you concierge staff help. 1. Location It's far from Qingyuan city downtown and you need to call taxi everytime, it takes 20 minutes to wait and costs 60~70 RMB. But from downtown, it's only 30 RMB. I understand the hotel to choose this location because it's together with the golf course but it's very inconvenient unless you play golf. 2. Service If you don't speak Chinese, click back and search for another hotel. You can literally count the number of staff who can speak English. The problem is that it's not just English skill. Restaurant staff simply run away from us and didn't want to greet maybe they were afraid of speaking English. Later on, one manager came to help receiving the order but she was leaning on my chair when receiving. Service mentality is below local restaurants. We had great dinners in many local restaurants except here. For breakfast, don't panic if a Chinese stranger wants to sit next to you, it's that crowded and unserved. I don't understand how this hotel can be named 'Sheraton'. Or I guess it's time to change my concept of Sheraton from my mind. 3. Food I asked omelette and chef cooked scrambled egg and then made it as an omelette shape. Local restaurants were far better for both price and taste. 4. Room Fuse box kept making problem, so safety box, fridge, iPod speaker, master light switch didn't work properly. I had to climb up the cabinet, open and fix the fuse box by myself several times. Rated 3 out of 5 Finishing Working I found a lot of areas need touch up work. Even the emergency hand ligh was not working. It should using the rechargable batteries. But it was installed with regular batteries. A lot of facilities are not in service yet. I wish it can be work on my next visit. April 16, 2012

Excellent staff, nice and comfortable rooms, but one resort placed in the middle of anywhere, where only dinning options are inside the resort, would must advise at its website that one of the restaurant is not working(Casablanca) yet and the Club lounge has no service... Rated 5 out of 5 by 非常好的酒店,商务或旅游必选 无论是来清远商务出差还是周末休闲度假,都非常适合。酒店很新很干净很豪华,有中东风情!周围环境很好,绿化很美,让人感觉很舒服,早餐很丰富,晚饭后还能看到湖上的音乐喷泉,然后在酒店里面散步很舒服,很凉爽,服务员也很有礼貌,见面会主动打招呼,每次入住前台都会识别会员并且安排好景致房。特别感谢大堂成经理的热情服务,每次都印象深刻。 September 14, 2015

Everyone here performed well and show concerning to clients, i was deeply impressed by staff's goos manner. I had enjoyed a wonderful buffet dinner in your restaurant, your staff presented a unforgettable birthday surprise for me. Your front manager named Danny WANG, he is really a expert on traveling. Rated 5 out of 5 by 还可以吧 酒店呢确实还不错,很大很有特色。就是太多人了,在前台好不容易排到的时候,突然冒出一个姓雷的服务员臭着一张脸,要求为我办理入住的姑娘跟她一起查钱,后来搞清楚是财务的,这么忙的时候查个毛线钱啦,当即我就发火了,后来前台的姑娘很细心的给我办理了。总体来说还是很满意的,希望酒店注意一下这些服务细节,不要耽误我们客人的时间。 September 1, 2015

Rated 1 out of 5 by 酒店空有外壳,没有软件,员工综合素质较低 我以前基本不会给差评,这次真的没办法。清远喜来登是我在国内外住过的SPG集团酒店中感觉最糟糕的,没有之一。可能该酒店主要是接待旅游团队,长期下来在管理和服务上已经不细心,非常麻木,基本上属于马虎应付了。 1,前台态度还行,但综合素质极低,变通能力差,对酒店情况不了解,甚至对于SPG计划的了解程度不如顾客。我在前台入住耗费了将近二十分钟,一个连续两晚的住宿居然要我第二天先退房再check in一次,直接帮我延迟退房也不肯,一问三不知,还说网球场不属于前台部门管理,要预定自行去健身部门咨询。这些也就算了,重点是给我的房卡有一张还用不了,被锁门外10分钟!! 2,礼宾部对套餐房的理解和官网上有冲突,并且与酒店服务热线的部门存在互相推诿责任的情况,一件小小的事情还要在我面前打电话给前一天接我电话咨询的同事对证,几经周折才可落实,效率低下。 3,还有,MINI BAR为什么是空的?进了洗手间为什么没网?淋浴间为什么卫生条件那么恶劣? 4,我中午挂了"清洁房间"的牌子在门上,傍晚回来牌子没了,打开房间一看却没人来打扫过。后来打扫了之后,沐浴露也不添加,我晚上只能用肥皂洗澡。 5,退房在“金会籍柜台”等了半个小时,而且排在前面的为什么是旅游团在退房?然后我当场表达了不满,被请到隔壁柜台马上办理退房,重点是隔壁柜台打印机又坏了,又回到原有柜台办理。 希望贵酒店好好反思和总结好好反思,我是不会再去住了,好好对以后来的客人,谢谢。 August 16, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by 喜欢这家酒店,服务超棒 酒店到广州不远,自驾1小时。但广州没有这样的度假酒店,该酒店没让我失望,服务很好,大厅的服务人员很热情,主动拿行李,指路。办理入住很顺利,一位经理对SPG很熟,解决我的一些问题。房间不错,是湖景也是山景,靠谱的是网络完全免费,这个必须有掌声。还体验了自行车,周边的生态环境非常好,说了你都不相信,到处都是知了在叫。很好的体验,家人很喜欢! June 26, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by 很特别的景致 阿拉伯风情的氛围很特别。假期的最后一天入住,客人不多,更显清净。自助餐厅水准不错。 当天checkin碰到计算机故障,手工登记,没有识别出从SPG官网预订。 房间里的冰箱是锁住的,需要与前台确认非团体预定才能打开。 保险箱在上一个客人离开时锁上了没有打开,略有不便。 餐饮柜的门灯感应有问题,晚上需要用椅子顶住才能保证柜里的灯熄灭。 April 11, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by 细节服务不到位 9月份入住清远喜来个人觉得需要改进的地方还是很多的: 1 入住期间中午大概是1点左右来到酒店办理入住手续,前台告知我们最近入住率很高,酒店房间还没有打扫完毕,要等到大概4点。我们没有多说也在等了,到了办理好入住手续,前台服务员告知我们是明天的12点退房,我真心的觉得不合理,下午4点给到我们房间,却要我们第二天上午12点前退房,这样的要求,让客人难以接受。 2 房间应该是刚刚打扫完毕的,一进门空调就已经是开着,试图关了空调,可是房间内慢慢全是水雾,墙壁上,衣柜上都是,周围都是潮湿的,也让房间舒适度减分不少。 3 在游泳池游完泳洗澡,浴室里的洗头水和沐浴露罐都是空空的,不明白喜来登是不是这点成本都要节省呢? 4 在游泳池出来,朋友想去健身房,酒店总面积有些大,我们不会走,就在去之前问了游泳池前台的服务员,她告诉我们怎么走过去,我们走了好一大段路找到了健身房,健身房的前台服务员告诉我们,健身房在维护停用了。我的朋友很气,因为绕了好大一段路才找到健身房,又说不能用。难道喜来登自己的员工也不知道你们的健身房在停用吗?你们的员工都没有上班前开例会吗?你们的员工就没有责任告诉客人吗? 希望提出问题,你们改进问题,做得更好。 January 30, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by 環境優美, 服務超班 本人於中秋期間入住, 跟丈夫慶祝結婚週年, 特別多謝禮賓職員Ivan及各人, 令我們渡過了一個非常愉快難忘的假期. 坦白說作為SPG Gold member, 已習慣了喜來登酒店之高規格待遇. 此店之禮賓司表現尤其出色, 所有種種都安排妥當, 表現是我住過國內酒店中最棒的, 甚至勝於國外部份知名旅館. 沿湖而建之設計亦十分討我歡喜, 渡假感一流. 希望酒店可以維持高水準之服務, 維護優美舒適之住宿質素. September 13, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by 浓厚的阿拉伯风情酒店 周末入住两晚湖景客房。前台和礼宾部的工作人员反应还是很迅速的。服务也很积极。在礼宾部工作人员的引领下到达客房。房间内整体还是很整洁的,但是屋内转椅的扶手有松动,没有及时的维修。这种设施上的维护应该跟上。一张浴巾有局部发黄。第二天特意将这个浴巾放在地上希望更换,但是后来发现并没有更换。这是这次住宿体验中让我觉得遗憾的第一点。 第一天晚餐在中餐厅。不知厨房有什么突发状况,等待时间较长 大概一个小时才上齐所有菜品。中途服务员有来说明并致歉并送了点心,清远鸡味道没得说。第二天晚餐在意大利餐厅,味道没得说,红酒牛排骨味道很好。 因为水疗会馆仍然没有开放,所以略显遗憾。 第二天在出门等候电梯的时候 发现电梯旁有烟头,我预定的无烟客房。说明CI的时候并没有给我安排在无烟楼层。此为第二个遗憾。希望下次前台对入住信息更加仔细核对并加以说明确认。 服务员的相应整体是很不错的,都会主动的向你问好,并致以笑容。因为入住时间为周末所以,人员较多,但是服务还是保持了较高的水准。CI CO的时间都很快捷。 从酒店入住中感觉,酒店接待较多的旅行团,建议以后旅行团可以集中安排在酒店的某以区域。这样对单独入住的客人来说体验会更好。另外 既然是阿拉伯风格的酒店,建议以后能够推出阿拉伯口味的主题餐厅,让客人的体验更加原汁原味。另外晚上的音乐喷泉的音乐麻烦放一点符合五星酒店的和阿拉伯风格的音乐来搭配喷泉吧。放着韩红的《天路》还是觉得太怪了,也不符合酒店的定位。 不过整体来说,酒店还是一家非常不错的酒店,美丽的景色,周到的服务。非常适合周末家庭度假。 August 24, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by 不错的酒店 酒店硬件还是不错,除了餐厅及餐厅里的服务人员之外,别的都挺满意。 要吐槽一下餐厅的早餐,同类型的酒店中这家酒店的早餐算最差的了,没什么东西吃,比如说水果,两天的早餐,只有西瓜(还不是特别新鲜)、蜜瓜、卖相极差的橙子,就没有了。别的种类的东西也是,选择很少,餐厅工作人员的服务也有待提高。 除了早餐跟餐厅的服务人员,别的都还算不错。 August 4, 2014
