Rated 5 out of 5 by What a hotel/resort. We have such a great time. Everything we wanted was there. We were there to celebrate & they made it a celebration. Everyone has smile on there face, nothing was a problem & our catering needs were met. They made us feel so comfortable. We are coming back & we cannot wait. Rated 5 out of 5 by Hotel oozes quality & relaxation We have stayed at Mirage in past as a small family of 3 & have enjoyed both experiences. I'd like a bit more room to move in the room but I guess the amount of space is standard for a hotel situation. The Mirage provides an elegant environment featuring water views from in many directions. The restaurant buffet breakfast offers an excellent choice and gorgeous surroundings of fountains and views of the many lagoons outside. I'm sure we will stay again if in Goldie. Rated 5 out of 5 by Fathers Day Had an overnight stay and arrived for Father's Day breakfast and unfortunately the line was very long from external persons wishing to dine. We are a Star Privileges Member, we did not book (no advice received at check-in that we should book even though we said we would be having the buffet). We also were told we could not have the 2for1 breakfast without our temporary letter or SP card in hand. Hotel would charge us and then reimburse once provided Membership confirmation. We ended up leaving and eating at a Cafe in Beenleigh on our way home. September 10, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton Mirage has staff who care Thank you so much for an amazing stay last weekend. It was out 25th wedding anniversary and we could not have been happier. The room we requested was not available, but RDM Charlie McArthur went out of his way to ensure we were not disappointed. Our room was in such a position we felt like we were on a desert Island - it was perfect. Thank you. August 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best birthday celebration Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast was our chosen destination for my partner's birthday celebration, sharting with the buffet lunch which was excellent as always. After a most enjoyable stay with big corner bath and comfortable king size bed, we decided to stay for another night and enjoy it all over again. Thanks for the wonderful ... buffet lunch... buffet breakfast and buffet dinner - all excellent. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. August 21, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Regular guest but dissapointed this time The room we had looked directly (2 metres away) onto the main walkway and provided no privacy or outlook. Curtains and windows needed to remain closed. Very disappointing considering the room cost was the same as pool view rooms. August 19, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Stunning on all fronts! Upon arrival at Sheraton Mirage all I could do was stand and stare through the foyer at the magnificent view. This is a serious 5 star resort! Loved my stay, just wish I could have been there a little longer! I will definately be back. August 13, 2014

Mum was upgraded to a beech front room, in the room was a little plate of treats with "happy 80th birthday" written on it and a bottle of champagne. Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Experience We had a last minute booking and were received warmly. It was an amazing experience from when we pulled up to reception to when we left. For a lead in room, the Mirage King room was huge. It had an extremely large bathroom which was great. The food was incredibly fresh and tasted great. The service was also great. August 11, 2014

Sensational location, direct access to the beach, great room with excellent bedding. Stunning restaurant with excellent breakfast and the most amazing seafood buffet. The staff were so polite and helpful, it was like being a member of the Sheraton family! August 7, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent venue for special occasions My family wanted to celebrate my husband's special birthday in-style and chose the Sheraton Mirage on the Gold Coast. This beach front resort provided the luxurious getaway we were looking for and the close proximity to local attractions was fantastic, especially for the grandchildren. The renown seafood buffet at Terraces Restaurant more than met our expectations and the service was warm and friendly for the duration of our stay. August 4, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Room The bathroom is not very clean and old. Being a 5 star hotel, not providing a standard amenities like tooth brush is actually a let down. The location of the hotel is perfect though for anyone looking for nice holiday and relaxing. The view is superb. August 3, 2014

Great location, easy walk to beach. would definitely stay again! haven't tried the pool area or restaurant yet!! My mother said her shower was the BEST ever! July 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The whole stay was amazing!! Attended a wedding 26/07/14, also stayed. The room was excellent and staff were very helpful, we flew in from Sydney and needed a early check in. The wedding venue, staff and food were excellent. Same we only stayed the weekend. Hope to stay longer next time. July 28, 2014

If the hotel wants guests to opt out of housekeeping, supplying a toilet brush in the bathroom may provide more incentive. July 27, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Accommodation. Lowsy Restaurant Service Our stay was excellent up until we had breakfast. Everything was really 5star - check in staff - ground staff - room presentation - function staff - then we went down for breakfast. Firstly I joined SPG (on the request as check in to get a reduced price on b'fast @ $30). This turned out to be $35. We were seated, asked if we wanted tea or coffee, coffee thanks. Then that was it - no explanation about the buffet. The coffee was absolutely awful. Kept having to ask for cutlery, then it was dropped on the table. The food was great but the service was atrocious. I would recommend to stay but don't eat b'fast there.... July 27, 2014
