I would definitely recommend this hotel. It has great views and features and great service as well. The staffs were polite and helpful throughout our stays there. The villa was superb!

We just spent a week in Bali at the St. Regis and can't say enough good things about the resort, staff and the experience. From the wonderful meet/greet service at the airport on arrival and departure to the gracious staff we met throughout our stay, the St. Regis Bali is a 5-star experience. We reserved a garden villa which was beautifully furnished, very private and had its own pool. We were a short walk from everything at the resort - the beach, the pool, the amazing lagoon, the restaurants, the spa and a well-equipped gym. The property has a beautiful, well-maintained beach and there is a stunning swimming spot just a short walk away. The St. Regis offer a number of restaurants on the resort and we sampled them all. We had great food and service everywhere, except for a burger that they serve well done, as fully disclosed on the menu. I should have known better - I'm a medium rare kinda of guy. The breakfast buffet lives up to its billing - anything you could ever imagine, daily specials presented at your table, lots of fresh juices and smoothies and plenty of staff to take care of you, all with big gracious smiles. The butlers and concierge were very helpful with recommendations for activities, ground transportation and restaurants. Our special thanks to the Chief Butler Carlos and Butler Amos - they took such great care of us. While the room rate is not cheap, your rate will include things you'll pay extra for at many other high end resorts: airport transfers, breakfast, wifi, bottled water, even diet cokes at breakfast. It certainly takes away the nickel/dime feeling that i've had at some other 5-star resorts. We'd happily go back.

Stayed at the St Regis for 3 nights and wish I dont ever has to move out. Excellent services with meticulous attentiont details.
Breakfast spread is indeed incredible and they staff keep piling food on you.

St Regis NusaDua has a great ocean view! Its worth to live there for couple days, enjoy the beach front atmosphere. Staffs are helpful and room is clean and well set. Spa is the best!

We are very happy that we chose the St Regis Bali for our wedding and to start our family vacation. This was our 3rd time back to this resort. Each time I am reminded why this is my favorite island and resort. It was a pleasure working with Dwi to plan our wedding. She was very helpful and prepared for every event. I never had to worry that something would be missed even with all of our special requests. Carlos also went above and beyond his duties to make sure our wedding was flawless and our guests were taken care of. He surprised us with many things during our stay and felt like part of the family. We would not have had so much help and support at any other resort. Our butler Andi was so friendly and accommodating. He always appeared after breakfast to drive us back to our villa and checked in with us throughout the day. Everyone at the resort make us feel so welcomed and at home each time we visit. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. We have been able to stay in the Gardenia Villa, Lagoon Villa and Strand Villa. Each has something different to offer but our favorite is probably the Gardenia Villa because of the privacy. The lagoon pool is HUGE! Breakfast is the best we have ever had. You can order anything off the menu and they always bring dished around for you to try. I believe the new airport and bypass roads will be complete this year which should speed up travel. Can't wait for our next visit!

Spent 3 nights in two different rooms. The Gardenia villa was very large and had its own private patio and pool. The pool suite was also large and had a patio and pool that was connected to a walkway by the Spa. You can tell that a lot of time goes into keeping the whole resort looking new and clean. No corners are cut. All of the furniture and bedding is comfortable and clean. They are always one step ahead of you. The butlers and other staff are so nice! One butler stopped to talk to us on the beach and asked about our dinner plans. He said he would make a reservation for us and when we got back to the room we had an envelope with the dinner reservation confirmation on the desk...amazing! Most other resorts would not be that friendly or would probably forget to complete the task if they got too busy. They also pressed by shirt and pants for dinner withing 20 minutes! Breakfast is SOOO yummy! You can order anything you want from the menu AND use the buffet. Plus they are always coming around offering you more dishes! Can not say enough about this resort. The best St. Regis we have ever been to!

It was our first time to Bali and we chose St Regis because it was recommended by a friend. So we had quite a high expectation before we arrive the hotel.
We were not disappointed at all! And we were all very happy with our stay that we could not stop telling our friends that "It's the place to stay" if they go to Bali.
The hotel facilities are great but I guess what made us feel welcomed was the staff's service. There was never a "No" to your requests. We particularly enjoyed the service at Dulang and also the Gourmand Deli. To mention Emi at the Deli was just so nice to us, she is a super attentive waitress and she will do whatever she can to accommodate us.
I forgot to mention we were a group of 4 adults and 1 toddler and 1 baby. So imagine that we would make quite some mess around but we felt so at home since the staff would be helping us all along the way.
We love everything in Regis and we will definitely come back!
Just one little point to note... not a bad review on Kayuputi but we were just not so impressed with the service and the food there.
Apart from that, all were just PERFECT!!

This is my fifth stay at the St Regis Bali. I must say that this stay was not as good as the previous ones.
1. Nothing much has changed or improved. Given that we have been here 4 times previously, it is becoming a case of "same old". The fire dance, the menu at Boneka etc. Unless there are improvements and new things to enjoy, I will likely go to another hotel in Bali next stay.
2. 15,000,000 IDR was charged to my credit card without the hotel informing me or getting my permission. i knew about this only because the bank sent me an SMS. i thought that was very high handed and inappropriate behaviour from St Regis - not even bothering to inform me.
3. my husband enoys the hydro-therapy pool at the SPA and looks forward to it each stay.
This year, for the first time ever, we were told that it would cost us a fee to use the hydro-therapy pool if we were not having a massage or treatment. After talking to the manager, the manager agreed to waive the charges. we appreciate this but the fact is that there should not have been any charges at all.
4. finally, there did not appear to be any real recognition of the fact that we were repeat guests.

If I say by paying so much, luxurious airport transfer is a must... well that's not always the case. But the experience I had with St Regis was just beyond luxurious airport transfer. Airport pick up was quick, the car had already waited for us (we did not have to wait for the car to arrive from the parking lot) despite the fact that our plane arrived late. Hotel check-in experience was another thing. Upon arriving at the resort, I realized that I had left my wallet (that's all I remember) in the plane. The staff quickly called up their stand-by officer at the airport to deal with lost and found. I was panicking but they made my check in experience so swift before I knew it, I was already escorted to my room. Less than 10 minutes in the room, Nizel, the staff at front desk called me up to inform me that they did not find wallet at lost and found instead, they found car keys on my name! (which I did not realized I had left it as well) Subsequent;y, they tried their best to collect the item without my presence in lost and found, and they did. I had my car keys delivered to my room in the late afternoon. Then the rest of the experience just adds on to the excellent service level. Landscape, interior and the gourmet deli is one to be well regarded. Additional WOW factor: the breakfast experience... you name it: river lobster egg omelet, steak and omelet, 'Bali Marie' moctail...delicious waffel (seldom do I find good waffel nowadays) etc etc. Last.... back to airport.. and the airport staff who was the same guy who picked us up, dealt with lost and found, checked us all the way through (his name is Budi by the way).
