Could not ask for better.
GM and Chief engineer accommodated our Tesla electric vehicle with a 40 AMP circuit during our stay.
Our stay was brief and for business however we will be back

I spent a week here on a business training conference. The rooms were always kept clean and neat, the beds were very comfortable. Many places to eat and drink in the resort from the casual all the way up to "dress up". The food was excellent.

I have never seen such an accommodating staff before. From the bell staff, front desk, reservations, poolside staff - everywhere. I bothered these guys to help make my anniversary a success and they blew us away. I can't thank them enough!

During our stay here the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. We've never experienced this level of customer service at any other hotel. The food was very good and the wait staff was great. The entire location was very clean.

There was no benefit at all for being a SPG member. I saw others getting a free continental breakfast, we didn't. I had three rooms rented for two nights and the only discount I got was my AAA discount. I could get that anywhere.

The employees are what make a resort. The staff at the Sheraton was a pleasure to deal with. From the beginning to end i was always greated with a smile. And ohhhh boy was my room soooo comfy. Cant wait for my next stay.

Have been staying at the Sheraton Sand Key for over 15 years. Every time we come, the staff makes us feel like family. After comfortable beds, the sandy beach, and good on-site food, that is the real difference maker.

Excellent. Beach, pool, courtyard, poolside cafe and turtle bar; fantastic. Facility is very good and well kept. In-hotel food services very good. Convenience shop well stocked and good hours. Minor disappointments.

My daughter and I decided to treat ourselves on the first leg of a multi-college visit. We were pampered and treated like royalty! A great start to our trip - only wish the rest of it was as luxurious as this was!

I am a SPG Gold member and booked a room 3 months ago which had 2 Queen beds on the Club Level because we were travelling with our teenage son. When we arrived we were told that there was no record of this and instead were booked for a King Bed and given a roll-away bed for our son to sleep in. While we absolutely have loved staying at SPG properties, a big part of that is the Sleep Number or Heavenly Beds that provide a restful night's sleep. Our son had great difficulty sleeping on the roll-away bed which of course could not provide the same comfort and also made the space in the type of room given very tight. We enjoyed the wonderful amenities of the hotel including Rusty's Restaurant for the Saturday night buffet it was just very disappointing that our room arrangements could not be accommodated when particularly it was not what we had reserved. Certainly not the same experiences that we have shared at other SPG properties such as the Sheraton Wakiki or at the Westin Aruba to name a few, particularly when we were using 11,000 points per night for a room we did not reserve.

The food is fabulous.
The staff are extremely helpful, kind & thoughtful.

I have stayed at many SPG hotels around the country and world and can say they have the best staff of any hotel I have every stayed at. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

all the times we ate in the facility the food was good, service as very good, and staff in all areas were very fiendly and helpful- I did miss having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

I have been to this property quite a few times. Each time the service and food is excellent. Great location, great pool, great tiki bar. Love it all. Staff is awesome. Nelson and Bubby at Tiki Bar, George at Mainstay are great. Jaime Sheets is so great to work with as well.

I spent one night at this property. I ended up in a room with a view of the parking lot. For the money spent, I was beyond disappointed. The room itself is average, but the bathroom was tiny and dated.
The property has a sad bar and a dining room that feels like a cafeteria. It was also packed with Spring Breakers and families, so the environment felt relatively low rent.
The pool area is sterile and chuck full of screaming kids. The facilities ( e.g. bar, dining) at the pool are pathetic.
Overall, this property may have once been very nice, but it just feels sad and dated at this point.
Your money is better spent elsewhere.

One thinkg I missed was a refrigerator in the room.
Activities by the pool would enhance the experience or maybe a bonefire for smores at the beach at night.

Staff was excellent, especially front desk and bellhop/concierge. Everyone we met at concierge was polite, friendly, and very easy to talk to. The room was good, most offer a view, ours wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst we've had. Lots of mirrors which was nice! Bathroom is very small, but the sink being outside the toilet and shower was helpful. I prefer this set up to having to fight for the bathroom to brush my teeth. Also, there was no exhaust fan. Considering this is a "beach front" hotel, you'd think there would be exhaust fans to help clothes dry. We ended up hanging everything on the provided clothesline and then moving our clothes to the chairs on the balcony to finish drying.
Very minor room for improvement. They should offer more shade at the pool, especially during the summer, umbrella's don't cost that much. Wi-Fi should be free, other hotels in the area offer this amenity. Yes the walk to the ocean is long (especially on a hot day!), and it would be very nice if the Sheraton worked with the county if needed and built some shade along the way. Not everyone can be exposed to sun all day, I'm very fair and even with buying 6 tubes of sunscreen all week long I still managed to burn. I also wish they'd have more poolside activities for the kids. We frequented the pool and we only saw 1 game organized the entire time.
Sports bar had excellent service, pool bar had excellent service, pool side cafe had good service. Rusty's failed miserably. The staff in the gift shop was friendly as well.

This hotel offers everything you need for a great beach vacation. Beach cabana rentals are reasonably priced and there are both casual and nicer dining options available. I would highly recommend the breakfast buffet at Rusty's! There was so much to do on premise that my boyfriend and I rarely left. We played tennis, ate great meals, watched a basketball game at the bar, enjoyed room service and relaxed by the pool/beach. There is even live music and dancing! The fitness center is top-notch with great views overlooking the ocean. I cannot say enough about how pleasant the staff are. I was blown away by how courteous and helpful everyone was.

We had a great time, hotel was easily accessible to a lot of different things. It was easy to find, staff was helpful. Room was clean and well kept. The beach was a little far from the hotel but it was a nice walk back and forth, didn't mind it. The ground were nice and well kept. Would visit again.

This was a one night stay and thank goodness for that. Checked in and found the room had a balcony overlooking the tennis courts. It was in the corner and the L shaped configuration provided NO privacy on the balcony whatsoever. We could reach out and touch the person sitting on the next balcony. The room was right next to the elevator so when we tried to get to sleep we could hear people gathering there and it was keeping us awake. I put a towel under the door to keep the noise out but it didn't help much. The people in the room next to us were having a very loud party, it was unbelievable how rude they were. I gave them a full hour but couldn't take it anymore and called the desk to complain. They said they would send security. The noise stopped shortly after my call but we had a long day ahead of us and were exhausted from lack of sleep. The TV didn't work right either, kept going black for no reason. In the AM when checking out we brought the problems to their attention and the woman apologized for the inconvenience and even offered us breakfast but we just wanted to leave. We hoped to be happier with this hotel but I don't think we'll be returning.

We were checked in to the room that was not for Gold Starwood Preferred Guest. I asked front desk supervisor for moving us to above mention standard room but my request was ignored. Club staff where breakfast is served was very rude, i can not believe that no one is seeing that, these ladies make you feel not welcome there! Housekeeping left some broken glass on the front door of my room where my 1 yer old was playing, i immediately contacted night manager and addressed above issue but nothing happened as far as apology goes. One employee that i noticed very friendly was gentleman at the pool. I can not say that my stay in this hotel was pleasant.
