This Westin hotel is located right among the Disney Epcot resorts. It has all the perks of a Disney Hotel for less cost. And we had a room with a wonderful view, so lovely it was a pain to leave it.
The staff is great, very friendly. Breakfast in the restaurant was good, but the meals and drinks in Il Mulino were fabulous. I can't wait to return.

The boat service to Epcot and Hollywood Studios is really nice. The buses to Animal King and Magic King we not as difficult as we expected. We stayed at the Swan, rooms were fine but noise especially in our room located right by the elevator. I used points, so hard to complain too much but my kids were very disapointed with our view (of the roof)

Rated 4 out of 5 by CRH57 Didnt met my Expectations
1) After visiting the parks, I would've appreciate if the pool stayed open past 9:00 PM since most parks are still open at that time, and would me nice to relax at the pool or whirlpool after a day of exhaustion.
2) I also opted for the green room care option not knowing I would be without the remaining services for my room.

It is so refreshing to have friendly staff after traveling. All areas from arrival to leaving had wonderful staff with great attitudes. Relaxing environment as well. Great job!

I do not write reviews often as i have a busy work schedule but i felt this one was necessary.The towels in the room were stained so we went downstairs and asked for a new set of towels.Went out for dinner and come back ,same old towels.Went down to the front desk and complained.The girl apologized and said we would be sent up new towels...never happened.Went down do the front desk a third time very upset but keeping my composure.Was offered double points on the 500 free offer and towels to be rushed up.We got the towels and they were clean but one had a tear in it.Not what I would expect from a Westin Hotel.PS It would have been nice if someone gave us a heads up they were going to be doing construction on the room right beside ours at 9:30 AM.Lucky we were checking out but the banging was very load and disruptive.Not sure if I ever got the double points I was offered in the end.I've stayed in many Westin Hotels and never had this many issues.

The service at the Disney Swan was outstanding; and Ashley at the front desk along with Melinda were totally awesome!!! Their customer services skills are par excellence. I wish them both, along with the Disney Swan Hotel personnel a very happy & prosperous New Year!!! Our children were incredibly happy and pleased with their services too!

We were recently guests at the hotel to celebrate our daughters birthday for the third year in a row. We have been returning to this hotel because of its great Disney location and the great services. This time not only did they make our family celebration wobderful but the hotel outdid itself when we had a health emergency. My husband experienced a cardiac event when in the park and was taken to the hospital for an unexpected overnight stay. The Disney team was wonderful in taking care of our family's every need even down to alerting the hotel. The Swan staff went overboard in making sure we could be as comfortable as possible given a vacation interruption, even down to arranging easy transportation to and from the hospital and accomodating necessary changes in our reservation without any issue, we will be returning to Disney for future celebrations and would not think of staying anywhere else. Kudos to the staff and management at the Disneyworld Swan and Dolphin!

We had a discounted rate that still was more than I'd be willing to pay to stay at this hotel again in the future. It's not horrible, but it was "dated" in our opinion and too small for a family of 4. The location being on property was the main benefit and the valet staff were great to us... otherwise, everything else was average at best.

Hotel is nice, food and drinks are expensive. Great layout, nice place for relaxing, except when you have "housekeeping" knocking on your door at 8:30am to ask you what time are you checking out. I was furious because I was sleeping.
Second visit to this hotel and have had to switched rooms due to "musty smell." We still enjoyed our stay.

Had never been to WDW, led to believe unless you stayed at one of the WDW resorts, one would be cheated in the experience. To the contrary, we loved being so close to Epcot n Hollywood Parks. Either a walk or boat ride away was perfect. We didn't rent a car, relied on transportation at park. Had a great great time .

The room i was placed in was a room for the handicap, the furniture was all dinged up and the shower was pathetic.
When i recieved the bill, there was a resort tax and a resort service package. Last i checked, a hotel industry is not a taxing entity. as far as the service package, if i am not using it, why am i getting charged for it.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the WDW Swan. Our suite was perfect for our family and the staff was extremely accommodating and courteous. So nice being able to hop on the bus or boat to get to the parks!
Being right next to the boardwalk was great too!
We can't wait to go back:)

I have to say that the only downside to our stay was the hotel dinner buffet. The hostess was rude, our waiter seemed to forget we were there once he brought our drinks, and the food was uninspired. You can almost always count on the desert to improve the experience, but they were dry and tasteless. Overall, a very costly mistake...

Overall, I would say that my stay was average/good. The reason for this is due to the lack of response on my shower's inability to drain properly. I left a note for housekeeping and it wasn't dealt with until my last night there.

This hotel met my needs for my business trip and conference; however, I don't understand why this hotel will not provide airport service to and from the hotel like other hotels at Disney do. The other notable item is that the ice buckets for the room are extremely small, which means you are making alot of trips to the ice machine.

Overall the hotel was very nice with great access to the parks. There were alot of food and beverage options. the only issue was that the wireless internet did not work in my room and from talking to the staff, this is the norm and they know about it for a long time. However they did take off my resort charge fee because of that.

My wife and I decided we needed a day at Disney. In checking availability of rooms, the Swan was available to book on very short notice (less than one day). Upon arrvial 1250 pm, we were afford a room upgrade without the use of Starwoods points. Very appealing. Thank you The staff is always friendly and helpful

We have a family of five with 3 kids ages 11,10 and 7. Staying at the Swan was great for all, including mom and dad! Very close to Disney parks, swimming pool and play area was also amazing! The staff was also very helpful! Highly recommend this hotel!! Thanks for helping to make our experience magical!!!

The room smells like mold and needs updating. The whole building felt under repair. There was a dehumidifier outside my door when I first checked in.
The gym and pool areas were a pleasant surprise.

This hotel feels a little tired now, and the rooms in particular could do with a bit of a makeover. Also, the rate that I paid was quite high and the food was not great. On the positive side the staff are friendly and it is very clean.

Stayed here for a 3-day conference. Not well-suited for business travelers. They tack on a mandatory resort package fee for internet usage and 2 bottles of water whether you use them or not. Food was mediocre. Food service at the conference meals was not great. They often ran out of water, coffee, etc.

I was disappointed in this property for the following reasons:
1. Room was to small- bathroom door hit the toilet.
2. Room service and meals were too expensive.( gratuity and taxes)
3. Booked room and was told we could see fireworks of Epcot from our balcony and could not!

I stayed at the hotel as a Gartner employee during the conbference last week. I am also an SPG. When I asked for a late check-out that I absolutely needed because of conference engagements I did not get it. Not a single minute.
By the way, the dim white light in the room corridor and bathroom is absolutely depressing.

Was very pleased with the hotel, location, services and proximity to Theme Parks. As an SPG member did receive a very nice room with resort view which was outstanding. Only complaint was you had to pay for access to WiFi. Free WiFi is offered today in majority of hotels. Hope to see that changed in the near future.

The staff was great. The service was great. However, we paid a lot of money to stay in a room that was very damp and smelled of mildew. Very disappointing and uncomfortable. We asked to be changed out of the first room we were given, only to find that the second room wasn't any better.

My family enjoyed every aspect of the Swan-Dolphin Resort, from the comfortable rooms, to the beautiful large pool and the friendly staff. This is not a kid-centered facility, however our 5 kids, ages 4-12, were thrilled, especially since we could see some of the fireworks from our room!

the Hotel is very nice,rooms are clean and confortable but for breakfast the lines in the buffet are way too long, other options are bad, no selection, cold sanwiches, no good cereal no options and we didn't want to spend 1/2 hr to 1 hr in line for breakfast and also the price for breakfast is very expensive

I enjoyed the hotel very much. The only two things I did not like is that the staff entered my room while we were away eventhough the privacy sign was up and then made the beds without changing the sheets. Second, I am having trouble with the charges on my credit card statements that do not match receipts.
