Perfect beach, awesome location and beautiful rooms. The Westin is one of the best hotels in Tumon Bay Guam. The buffet dinner was delicious and the room was updated and comfortable. The beach and snorkeling were world class. I would recommend this hotel highly.

I favor this hotel as one of my top 3 picks for the entire island. Nice beach, excellent food from either room service or my favorite onsite restaurant 'Taste".
Just one of the Jacuzzi & one pool with grotto used to be kept reserved for adults only - no kids, but now that sign has been taken down and rowdy kids (diapers & all) can be found floating in every pool on the resort. I miss having a pool reserved for adults only. On my last two visits I could not get the AC unit to cool the room. You can make adjustments on the thermostat but the temperature never cooled down and the room could get really warm during the sunny part of the day. Also had a hard time cooling off the room after I took a shower. I'm beginning to suspect that the AC units have an economy setting that saves the hotel some money but does not provide comfort unless you are already adjusted to the warm & humid local climate. However when you compare this hotel to all the others on the island, it still remains in my top three choices. Try a Seabreeze at the pool bar and you'll be feeling just fine!

Please check with your manager Mr. Katsura, he has the details. He was trying his best to recover what the staffs have damaged the hotel reputation.
One extra thing I haven't told him, I requested 4pm checkout but the staffs deactivated our cards at 2pm. It caused me a lot of hassles to go up and down from 21/F. Also, when I asked about the airport transfer the staff said it's 15 USD. It supposed to be free, they didn't check properly. I have to tell different staffs twice within 5 mins for this matter. Praise for the driver, Michael. He understands everything and provided us a pleasant ride to the airport.

Shower leak. Internet extra. Not a business hotel.
No recognition of SPG membership.
Could not find anyone to help me get a taxi to get back to the airport. After approaching three, a Japanese lady behind the Reception desk tried hard to help me.

Easy access to beach, pool, market..
but, I could not sleep well because of the noise of next room.(chinese group speak loudly at midnight)
Staff was too late at all tasks.
