Rated 3 out of 5 by Property needs updating This property seems quite old. As soon as we walked in the lobby, we smelt mildew, which was not what I would have expected from a Westin property. While the staff tried to be helpful, this Westin has rules that seem very unfriendly: my friend and I stayed on the executive floor; while another friend stayed on a different floor, but we weren't allowed to bring the other friend as a guest to the executive lounge (although the lounge was not all that attractive, it's a matter of principle that the property should be more hospitable#. We arrived very early in the morning. There was no room ready, but we were told that if there were a room ready for us at 10 am, we'd be charged for 1/2 day #that was a first for me at a property owned by a major chain). I understand that it's not the hotel's fault, but the bus maps were only in Japanese. It would have been helpful to have bi- or multi-lingual bus maps. August 11, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by extraordinary in our stay ! From the check in to out, we had a very heartwarming service from all stuff. This was the 4th stay. All time, we had a same tender service. So, we thought that this was the hotel 's policy. And the location was good. there were many restaurant to walk able range. Seaside, there had a reef separated from open sea. So, inside sea was safe for children. There were no waves and no tide. But for adult ,we could see a lot of fish by snorkeling at the reef. It was fun. I really recommend this hotel to you. Rated 5 out of 5 by Alex is the best I stayed at the Westin Guam from March 6th 2015-March 25th 2015. I had the pleasure of being helped by the staff on numerous occasions. All of them were extremely courteous and polite. However, I'd like to pay special tribute to Alex; he was the standard of how a staffer should operate. He spent a significant amount of time catering to my specific requests and coming through in expert fashion. Thank you for making my stay wonderful. April 1, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Royal treatment The whole team at Westin Guam provided us with an excellent stay. SPG recognition was beyond expectation with an upgrade to an executive suite on the 21st floor. The food, both morning and evening at the Royal Beach Club, was tasty and of good variety each day. For each time we had any requests of the staff, they were sure to follow up to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend you visit Guam, and stay at the Westin. The Westin is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, as well as being directly on the beach. February 23, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by very satistfied! Stayed for three nights at the end of Dec 2014. Access from the airport is convenient (20mins), the staffs at counter were friendly and polite, the room was clean enough, access to shopping area is so close, beach front, and lounge has a great view. The Platinum recognition was better than expected which made me very happy. This was my first time and I am looking forward to return again! January 15, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Facility is good but no service soul inside. The beach and pool are very beautiful and convenient. Guest could enjoy and relax there. But when I stay there, I can not experience the staff provide good service for customer. They only follow the standard process but no flexable thinking. They maybe donn't know, the flexable is what we could feel about "Service" and be respected. December 26, 2014
