This is my second visit in Guam.
I'm very satisfied this time compare to past.
Because, I stayed at Westin Resort at this time.
The Westin Resort has the excellent room condition, service, other facilities, as its reputation.
The beach in front of the hotel, also is beautiful.
If I visit Guam some other time, I'll choose the Westin Resort without hesitating.

stayed at this hotel for 10days dec30, to jan 08 2016,,,,,not very happy as a member...as a spg member i did not receive credit points for ten days,,,,main reason being 3rd party reservation......
not highly recommended.....

my room is clean and the bed very comfortable,,,,the food are awesome
....internet is not free...most of the hotel i stayed in have a free internet.....walking distance to everything...

I visited twice and Guam.
After joining SPG, first visited the Westin Guam.I did not disappoint my expectations.
The satisfaction was higher for the comfortable beds and friendly staff.
The room cleaning was also good.
Pool is a bit small, but it disadvantages
Beach gave satisfaction to me.
It will visit again in February next year.
So excited already.
Again, I hope to give a good memory.

This property seems quite old. As soon as we walked in the lobby, we smelt mildew, which was not what I would have expected from a Westin property. While the staff tried to be helpful, this Westin has rules that seem very unfriendly: my friend and I stayed on the executive floor; while another friend stayed on a different floor, but we weren't allowed to bring the other friend as a guest to the executive lounge (although the lounge was not all that attractive, it's a matter of principle that the property should be more hospitable#. We arrived very early in the morning. There was no room ready, but we were told that if there were a room ready for us at 10 am, we'd be charged for 1/2 day #that was a first for me at a property owned by a major chain). I understand that it's not the hotel's fault, but the bus maps were only in Japanese. It would have been helpful to have bi- or multi-lingual bus maps.
