Rated 5 out of 5 by Happiness shared We just arrived home and all we can think about is returning next year We enjoyed your wonderful Hotel and hospitality for seven nights not once did we think of dinning out which has never happened to us before each day the food just seemed to get better both the variety and the quality were outstanding our rooms were very well located and most comfortable and all the facilities we used over the week where first class and all well maintained but the stars where your team of very highly motivated staff it would be unfair to mention any one by name as all we came into contact with treated us like royalty their passion was a real credit to your wonderful Hotel Thank you all for a most enjoyable week August 3, 2014

Many restaurants in the vicinity offer a variety of international cousins. Other entertainment venues and cinemas are in walking distance. August 6, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Stopover at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort We elected to make a short stopover at Dubai on our return to the UK from Australia, to relax and break the journey. The Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort hotel turned out to be the perfect choice for us. All hotel staff were polite and attentive, very courteous and professional - nothing was too much trouble. The facilities are excellent: the rooms are spacious and well provisioned, the bed very comfortable, the beach, garden and pool areas are very clean and well maintained and the staff are attentive but not intrusive. The food was very good, although we chose to eat out in the evening to catch the water fountain show outside the Dubai Shopping Mall. Travel to other main attractions in Dubai by taxi or shuttle is easy and well priced. A very relaxing stay, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone considering a similar short break or stopover. July 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Highly recommend Trying to choose a hotel to stay for our first visit to Dubai was a little overwhelming choosing on the internet from over 490 hotels. I cannot express enough how pleased we were at our choice. The Sheraton was the best. The food, the service, the hospitality. The staff were so proud of the hotel and their workplace, so nice to receive excellant customer service in todays society. July 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by They Wow'd Me My daughter came with me for a week in Dubai to look at apartments and houses, we might be moving there. We stayed at this hotel because it is in the area we are considering moving to. Because I'm Platinum I got an instant upgrade...but they didn't have a suite with two double beds available...so they gave us an absolutely wonderful Garden Suite, 2 bedrooms, 3 bath, full kitchen, living room and patio with patio set for coffee in the morning. The Breakfasts in the Club Lounge were great, the staff is wonderful, and snacks are availalble all day. At night there is a Happy Hour and once again, everything is tasty and the staff bends over backwards to make sure you're comfortable. I loved it, will keep my people at this hotel when they come to work with me...I love this place. And, the private beach and great pool....you really need to try this hotel out! Lastly, one night they had Christmas Carolers in the Lobby, they served hot spiced wine (Glu Wein) & Christmas Stollen (great German bread). It was wonderful. December 14, 2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor Platinum Treatment -- Avg Hotel Traveled in Spring with wife and 2-year-old son I checked in with our friends. I have Platinum status - they have none -- as in no status. We both booked 2 seperate basic rooms - us on cash and points and them on a paid rate of like $500 US. Separate reservations. Upon check-in I was told, 'congratulations, you have been upgraded to a Tower Ocean View Suite.' Wow, I thought, I didn't even have to ask. This came with the whole Platinum you have been upgraded key-card slip. Went up to our room. And? It was a tiny mid-floor room facing the street and construction. No suite. No partial ocean view. Nothing. I called down and expressed my concern and asked to speak to a manager. She got on and said -- 'no, you haven't been upgraded. he must have been mistaken.' I asked how the desk clerk could have made that mistake? She then said, OK we will transfer you to an ocean view room. So we were moved across the hall. Same room, better view. No suite. No upgrade...The best part? Our no-status friends were given an ocean-view room upon check-in -- a better room than us! Even though we checked in at the same moment and availability was the same...shady business at this place. I asked to speak to another manager after this and someone who said he was a manager, but whose nametag said otherwise, insisted there were no upgrades available and had no anwser why our friends got a better room than us... Bad attitude here. There are plenty of better options in Dubai. Look elsewhere. October 25, 2011
