The hotel facilities are good, but the staff of young people were not well trained, Wait staff didn't understand the menu, cooks apparently also did not know the menu. As an example we ordered oat meal from the menu and a bowl of raw oats were delivered. At dinner we ordered appetizers and an entrée. the restaurant was not crowded, but the food was late in coming. The reason was that they held the entrée until the main dish was ready and then served everything at once. The employees were extremely friendly and they tried to provide us with good service, but there appeared to be an issue with training.

Central heating was not working. Altough we warned the hotel that we were cold they turned on the heating at certain hours. This is not a three star hotel. Since it is winter time the heating should be operated 24 hours. We were really cold during the night. Spa was not clean. (Specially sauna) The breakfast buffet was lacking in variety. Weekend and weekday buffet standards were not the same. I would not recommend this hotel.

I must say that Sheraton Cesme is the best hotel in Cesme region. I stayed in this hotel in the past because of some business related activities. This was the first time that I had a holiday and it was really excellent. Especially the staff of the hotel are very qualified and friendly. Thanks to all of you who made my holiday unforgettable.
See you again next summer.

Try to find a parking area other than the closed one. It is extremely hot like an oven and you may be surprised with some strange kind of fluid over your car probably from a leak in the air-conditioning system pipes (well..hopefully).

The Sheraton Cesme Hotel is an outstanding hotel because it has very good food, very nice beach and very good hotel seving for the guests. The hotel has thermal water and spa facilities as well. I high recommend it to the foreign and Turkish visitors.

The food that was given for half board guests was unsatisfactory. And did not have any taste. The variety from day to day was poor. It seemed like they had same menu for dinner every night. Very poor compared to other hotels in Turkey. The room was not vacuumed during the whole week we were there. They only changed sheets and towels that was the only cleaning we received. Hotel was 100 percent full. There were times we had problems finding table for breakfast and dinner. Several times we had to wait more than half an hour for them to clean the table. Even water during dinner was extra. It is really not worth the money we spent.

the location is great; the sea and beach is even greater. how you host your guests is like a low class hotel. At the beach it was nearly impossible to find a waiter; wait forever to order; when I go the main bar to eliminate the waiting, the response is "please go back to your place and order by a waiter"! breakfast is poor; everwhere you wait at the line; even you can get limited quality food. ı felt like ı was not paying for the stay... at 6 pm when I want to eat at the beach; I am told the kitchen is closed because dinner serving will start at 7 pm upstairs. What if I dont want to leave the beach??
overall I think the hotel is managed by an ex-boarding scool management....

I feel I have been tricked after staying at this hotel. I chose it because it is Sheraton and I know the quality of the service but I was shocked to see the service is a two star hotel service. Expensive but low quality service.
Staff complains itself from understaffed number. Employees are school trainees. Every unit is a failure. Front desk made mistake by making my check out one day later also I checked in at 16:00. A simple sheet request to room was not done. Waiters shouting each other during dinner service. A complete disaster. Shut this down to save sheraton's brand. I will not stay in this hotel never again. Also will try avoiding my other stays in Starwood names..
