This hotel was beautiful, very well laid out, almost. Rooms were beautiful. Great Pools. Only problem, one set of elevators for the whole wing of the rooms, very inconvenient. Bring printout of special rates. The front desk couldn't find my special rate I made on-line with their operator. Otherwise, very nice.

We were impressed with Wild Horse
so much so would like to comment on our experience:
The staff was excellent and we would like to especially mention Gilbert, a member of the staff, who took care of us in an exceptional manner. We loved the morning walks around the hotel.
I look forward to our next visit.

Rated 2 out of 5 by easykk my stay at wild horse
My stay was somewhat less than expected. Upon check in I was not recognized as a member by the staff. There was a large group meeting and it appears that all the attention was on this group. The next morning I waited for well over two hours to get several packages that had been delivered earlier in the week. Here again the staff was asked to get them. It was acknowledged that the packages were on premesis. However, after 30 or so minutes I had to request again for the packages. Apparently they forgot as they were dealing with the large group. After several requests and over two hours I did receive them. There was much noise as there was also a wedding party in my wing. I call security three times the night before reaching almost midnight. Nothing stopped them. The next day they started making more noise at 5:45PM. I called again. This time I was moved in order to accomodate the wedding party. Also, the wireless internet was practically unobtainable and there was no fix so they deducted the cost.
Nt a great time.

The Wildhorse Pass is an amazing venue. The rooms are updated and clean. The food and drink are excellent. Our dinner waiter, Richard, provided excellent, relaxed, personable service with a terrific sense of humor. The pool staff was very quick to respond and seemed as if they could not do enough for us.

Have been to the hotel several times - the staff is ALWAYS polite & are always willing to help. Amenities are fabulous. 2 very minor things I did notice - carpet on the main floor by concierge & the steps didn't appear to be vacuumed enough. The lamps by the calendar sticks had spider webs on them .

Rated 2 out of 5 by nater not a great sleep
This hotel looks nice and has great views, but I was not thrilled about waking up to the sound of racecars humming around the speedway at 8am...especially after gambling til 3am. Another problem was the shower didn't drain. For what I paid for this room...it definitely didn't meet my expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MFlorida LOVED IT! Just Perfect!
Just what we were hoping for! Wanted to experience a vacation in the desert, but not so isolated that there was nothing nearby. This is a really unique location in the middle of the desert . . . but just outside of Phoenix! The resort is absolutely beautiful on the inside with Native American decorations, but from the outside it has simple southwestern architecture and is not ostentatious. Rooms very modern, clean and comfortable. Service was outstanding. We liked that hotel was designed to fit in so naturally with surroundings so really felt we were out in the desert and not near a big city! Very nice spa and fitness center with it's own pool . Pleasant 2 mile hiking trail into desert is good for late afternoon walks. Liked that resort is just a few minutes from I-10, so when we wanted to leave, we could easily get to restaurants and other places around Phoenix. Four days was not enough, would love to go back for more. Had breakfast in the dining room every day . . . we tried some "southwestern flair" breakfast choices on menu that were all delicious. Also had the brunch buffet on Sunday that terrific. Overall very happy with stay!

Rated 5 out of 5 by ANU37 Outstanding Resort
This resort was one of the most comfortable facilities I've ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious. The food was exquisite. The staff are accommodating. The spa is out of this world. The only glitch I had was not receiving packages that had been sent to the resort for me in a timely fashion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jim7 Productive but relaxed meeting setting
Attended a business meeting which proved highly productive but also relaxing... Facility, staff, food and beauty of both the building and grounds are outstanding. Only downside is the hotel does not have its own fitness center... one must pay an extra fee to use the fitness center at the Spa.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AndrewBrooklyn Fantastic location in Indian Reservation
This hotel is located in Indian Reservation. How cool is that? Hotel has pool, SPA and great restaurants. Rooms are well-equipped (even standard rooms). But the best is a Gym. The gym is extremely well well-equipped. The best staff I've ever seen at any hotel worldwide. This is a huge +.

Rated 4 out of 5 by WaitingforDinner Good Stay but Bad Dining Experience
This hotel is fantastic and a great facility but my dining experiences were marred by the fact that it took over an hour for our food to be served once ordered. The restaurant was almost empty and there was no excuse for the long wait.

Spg gold member about to platinum. Nice hotel but I ran out of toothpaste. They had none. I needed Internet they charged me. On top of that they charge to go to the gym since they don't have a standard one onsite. I am usually so satisfied but not this time. Great pools and trails though

Everything was very nice. The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade your pillows and linen. The restaurant was very accommodating and made be a salad with grilled chicken instead of there chicken salad.
Pool area was nice and so was the spa. I would stay again Golf course was great

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bailey50 Perfect for wedding
All the wedding guests loved staying in the hotel and the beautiful wedding in the Bee Hive Garden. The servers at the wedding added so much to our comfort and celebration. Thank you all!
Also, don't miss the 2.5 mile walking trail along the river. It's a great way to begin the day.

Highest recommendation in all areas, however it is the staff that really puts this place in an elite category. Always professional and personable, everyone from housekeeping to the front desk is always 1st class. Special kudos to the women at the bar - always a pleasure to come back!

Exceptional facility that was pleasing to the eya and had many worthwhile amenities. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was efficient and quick. Did not understand the need to charge $22.00 for overnight valet parking though.

Everything was outstanding. Go to the grill at the golf club house and have lunch. Food is excellent and service was over the top. Pools, with place to dine outside, and spa are also a must if you go to this hotel. We would recommend this hotel and resort to our family and friends.

EVERYONE was so nice. The place was beautiful. The walking path was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was so amazing. I can't wait to get back there and I will start staying at more Sheratons. I was greatly surprised and beyond happy. Thanks for a short but grand trip. Outstanding!

Rated 4 out of 5 by HB21 Good Resort for relaxation
Though we were not given Starwoods preferred guest room even when the occupancy declined after the weekend, the overall experience was good.
They do need to have more variety in the menu as those staying for more than two days may run out of options. Food quality was very good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by esuperyc This hotel has great service
Good and fast shuttle bus to outlet. However, the hotel is far away from city downtown. It is not convenient for shopping without a car.
Food is tasty.
The Wi-Fi in the room is awful! The speed is very slow! But the Wi-Fi in the conference room is very fast.

This hotel celebrates the spirit of the local Gila Indian community. The atmosphere is very relaxing and efficient. The history is even more fascinating. Canal cruise at sunset was delightful. Our room was outstanding! Ate at the Ko'Sin where local dishes enhanced our lunch.

Rated 3 out of 5 by AnnT This hotel has a great restaurant
Kai - definitely 5 star
Hotel room - more like 3 star with a few things that needed to be fixed, like the showerhead - less than we expected for the price and the Sheraton name
Downstairs bar - poor late afternoon service - inattentive bartender
KoSin breakfast - very good

Rated 5 out of 5 by DaveDaveDaveDave The hotel conference staff were exceptional.
Lizzie, Jose, Ben, Larry, everyone—the whole conference staff went out of their way to accommodate our meeting. We accomplished so much because we had their help. The food: unbelievably delicious, and the variety was beyond anyone's expectations. Compliments to the chef.
