When we got to our room we found that it had not been properly turned over and had to get another room. Also, room temp was uncomfortable to sleep in.

I love this property. We stay once a year and I'm always pleased. This was my first time staying on a holiday weekend, 4th of July. It was very busy. The common areas were crazy at times. But the staff seemed to be on top of things. The long lines seems to move fast and quality of service was still there. Aji spa, I visit regularly (love the locals programs). Can't wait to return.

This was such a surprise to me! The hotel was lovely, staff superb, food excellent and quality was outstanding! I would definitely return to this location. It was a wonderful destination and a most memorable stay! Kudos to all involved in making this the place to be!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Longear Good for Motorcycles?
Great place to go that is out of the way. They do limit Motorcycle parking out front and do not supply old towels to wipe off the windshields Etc. they say you can use the paper towels in the bathrooms? Besides parking around the side this place was nice, beds were great and it is easy to get in and out of, no gravel. You will have a $20.00 resort fee, but worth it.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed with Sheraton Wild Horse pass. The pool service needs improvement. I was there until Monday, however there were no towels available even though the pool opens at 7 AM. I asked four members of the staff and no one knew when the towels would arrive. Not the type of service I would expect from a resort.

The service we received at the hotel was some of the best we have ever had. All of the staff were very friendly and there to meet our needs. We really appreciated Gregory's help with transportation, spa appointments for my wife and eating recommendations. The only negative we had was the a/c in our room did not cool well. They came and looked at it, but could not get it fixed.

Paid full rate due to busy Valentines weekend. Unfortunately had a terrible experience with hotel staff knocking on my door 3 times in one morning attempting to clean the room. After the first knock I told the attendant through the door that I'm still sleeping. About an hour later the second knock and then I heard the door opening and someone saying "housekeeping". I said "still sleeping". Final knock an hour later and same response...same result. Had to call front desk to notify of the multiple intrusions. On another note, when I asked for 2 bath robes it took 30 minutes to arrive. And he apologized for having to give me one bath robe that didn't have a belt to tie closed. One of the bath robes was white with Sheraton logo on it and the other (without belt) was just white no logo making me think it belonged to someone else and was pulled from lost and found. We did not use that robe and was just happy our stay was almost over.

The resort is very unique and lovely. During our stay, the property's "river" was not in good condition and therefore the balcony in my room was unusable as the smell was terrible outside. Smelled like sewage. Teh service in restaraunts was very laid back and not the best if you were in a hurry; but tasted great. Service at the desk/valet/etc was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay. We had 3 rooms it was nice and comfortable- we would've ordered a suite but they were all sold out. I was not impressed with the cost of food and the taste of the food. We feel it needs improvement. For the overall cost of the trip for just 2 days we could've flown to Hawaii. I do not think we will be coming back with the entire family.

This hotel was great overall, only that while on vacation I was hoping that the restaurant/bar at the pool area would stay open longer. I was at the pool between 3:30 and 6PM, at about 5:30 we ask for a drink and we were informed they were already closed. I think anytime before at least 8PM is to early when on vacation. But other than the hotel was great.

I think the resort is absolutely beautiful. My room was clean and comfortable. I wish I had time to explore the spa and other ammenities offered however, I was denied a two hour extension on my room without having to pay an additional fee so I did not have the time needed to explore more and still have the ability to freshen up before catching my flight.

I was a little apprehensive when I read past reviews; but our stay exceeded our expectations.
All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and really seemed to enjoy their jobs!!

I stayed at the resort with my granddaughters for Mothers Day and it was fabulous. The staff, room and the food (we had dinner than breakfast the next morning) couldn't have been better. Thanks for showing us a memorial time.
Two things I think they should offer at the pool are tubes to relax on and pitchers of water.

I was charged for a resort fee that I had prepaid, and I explained it to the counter person at check out time. Also, I called and spoke with someone from the billing department after being bounced around and put on hold and waiting a very very long time until she confirmed that I had already paid for this. Still waiting for the charge to be reversed.

The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass is such a great family-friendly hotel! The pool is fun, the atmosphere is relaxing... it's just a great place to go to unwind for a few days!

The experience at this resort was excellent. The staff were extremely polite and very efficient. The resort had wonderful conference rooms and facilities for the GFW C International Convention. A wonderful visit to AZ.

The design of the hotel requires you to walk long distances and then for some reason they do not connect the floors. That requires elevator rides to get to the same floor on the other side of the lobby. Very poor design and difficult to do business there. Heaven you forget something in your room and you need to walk a quarter mile to retrieve it.

The hotel was very inviting on arrival - reception was efficient and the room was excellent. Overall the staff was good - exception breakfast service was on the slow side. Our second morning breakfast-server was more interested getting the 15% tip included in voucher. We found this awkward.
Still enjoyed staying with you.

Parking is inconvenient and as you approach it appears that you are looking at the back of all buildings. Signs are too small to guide the visitors, especially at night. I was told to park at the spa to go to the convention rooms and I am not sure why when there is parking at the convention building and the spa was another 1/4 to 1/2 mile away.

Our stay would have been flawless except - We reserved a "Deluxe King" room for a view. Upon check-in we were advised there were no Deluxe King rooms available (We made our reservation well in advance.). The girl at the desk was very kind and when I voiced my concern about my reservation for a room with a view she advised me that wing was closed. She did give us a $50 room credit for the inconvenience.
The other inconvenience we experiencd was with the card/key. We had to have our cards re-keyed several times due to them not working when we would try to access our room.
Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only staffer that was not as friendly as she could/should have been was the young lady working at the coffee stand in the main lobby. She yawned in our faces when we placed our coffee order. Granted it was 6:30 AM but still...
The hotel, pool, room and golf course were lovely and we will certainly consider staying again.

I spent 6 nights here for a business conference and was let down several times. My stay started with an underwhelming check in process where my initial room was in a horrible location sold to me as 'great access', I switched rooms without a problem- many in our party weren't so fortunate. My first meal on site left us waiting 90 mins without food or an explanation, forcing some people to be late to meetings- no offers we're made until we demanded the meal be comped.
The following day I realized I was automatically signed up for the green program and had to request to be removed.
Through out the week there were several more examples- at one point I had to drive someone to the emergency room, the from desk didn't show any concern and barely even helped by giving directions. The food quality was mediocre at best with very few vegetarian options.
My cell service was awful and the wifi was even worse, this is not a location to try to conduct business.

This is the nicest Sheraton we've ever stayed in, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get off the beaten path and relax away from the noise of the city. The staff treated us very well right from the beginning, and continued to take great care of us until we departed. We are looking forward to returning again next year.

For what the room cost I would have expected more. There was no in room refrigerator (at least not one that could be used for anything besides overpriced snacks). There where lots of mosquitoes and flies in the room (killed about 10 in 3 hours) and the room had a funny smell to it. The grounds were very nice and the staff super friendly.

My family enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel felt about mid capacity and that was nice as we didn't have to fuss to reserve chairs pool side. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I would caution is that they add gratuity to any/all restaurant bills... even for carry out at the restaurant which I found to be odd.

Attended a confrence with my husband. I enjoyed poolside time, but was disappointed that the poolside bar and restaurant were closed most of the days I was there. When the poolside services are not availble, I think the restaurant or bar staff should come by the pool area to take orders....
the resort staff might make more money...

This hotel in the middle of the desert with
all amenities was a fabulous experience. I do indeed travel extensively and found the beauty to be overwhelming. The designs of the hotel were unbelievable as the landscaping all around. It was well worth the trip and I will return very soon. The restaurants and food also were very good.
