My husband and I decided to go away for the weekend, just to get away from hectic London.
We got here on a Saturday afternoon and checked in with Vanessa who was ever so welcoming and provided us with such excellent service. We were offered welcome drinks straight away and were upgraded to a junior suite with a sea view. We were not at all expecting this. It was such a wonderful surprise.
A big thank you to Vanessa who made our stay so wonderful and also to the bar staff for taking excellent care of us.
We had a fantastic time here and will definitely be back

A real paradise, especially for families, but for everyone in general. Impressive SPA facilities and amazing and huge outside areas. Especial mention to their kids club, their excellent room and f&b facilities, outstanding cleanliness everywhere you walk by deserves a big recognition. But the best experience on top of everything is the few-times-in-a-life treatment the staff gives you since your landing at the airport. All combined made this stay un unforgetable experience to my whole family. Great value for money. Will definitely come back again

This was the 5th stay at a St. Regis Resort although the first in Europe. Every stay was truly outstanding and unique in every aspect. From the first step in the hotel you realize this is a true St. Regis and as always our expectations have been exceeded. Top architectual design with local flavor, spotless clean, great service, high tech features in the room. The Es Fum was a fabulous gourmet dinner experience. This hotel is also great for families given the thoughtful and well organized Childrens Club.

please please. I visited your hotel the past two years and some fe more times a longer period ago. we love your hotel, we only have one wish. can you please add the Dutch speaking channel BVN into your TV stations available. that would really be appreciated by your Dutch speaking guests from Holland and Belgium which visit you with big numbers.

This hotel was amazing, When we arrived at the hotel we were so impressed with the welcome we recieved, we knew this was going to be a great holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff in any area of the hotel. Every meal we had was first class. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was beautiful. I would highly recommed this hotel to anyone who wants 5 star treatment. We will definitly be going back.

weve stayed before, and had a fantastic time, this time we brought some friends hopeing it would still be as good, we was not dissapointed, the whole experience was what a holiday should be about, look forward to doing it all over again

A great hotel, with an even better staff. We had a suite with an ocean view that was incredible. From check-in to check-out this complex was 5-star. Anyone interested in visiting Malorca should most certainly consider the St. Regis to make a good trip great.

everthing has come thru what we have been hoping for and eve´n more it was just great in every way. Food in all your restaurants was verry excelent and from the many diffrent Style of them great, servive perfect.We had a verry good time and stay there.

The hotel was stunning inside and out with excellent facilities and great views. The staff were extremely friendly and food and other services were also excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was our second time at St. Regis Mardavall and it was as beautiful as we remembered. Some points to note are:
1) The fitness room is quite small and narrow and several times (as I go quite frequently), it was too full and there was not enough space to exercise or not enough equipment available to use.
2) I do expect quite a high level of service from such a hotel. I needed to print out an important fax and went to the reception desk for help. First the receptionist was not very helpful. Then he provided the wrong email address to me where I needed to send the email which he could print out. I sat there waiting to see if it had arrived and had an error message on my blackberry saying the address was not correct. The receptionist just told me it was because there are so many emails and it would arrive later. My husband asked a different receptionist who then gave us the correct address and she proceeded to print the email when it arrived. It is a small event, but worth noting as most of the service we received was impeccable and this service stuck out like a sore thumb. Also, it was unfortunate that we had to leave the room quite early. We left the hotel at 2:45PM and wanted to stay until around 2 or 2:30PM. It was the day after my 40th birthday and it would have been nice to have stayed in the room a bit longer, but it was full and they couldn't make the exception. I thought that was a shame and the receptionist handling the request was quite short and unfriendly.
