Für Kinder bis sechs Jahre ist die Übernachtung in den vorhandenen Betten kostenfrei, sofern sie es mit einem zahlenden Erwachsenen teilen. Für Kinder zwischen 7 und 12 Jahren fällt eine Gebühr in Höhe von 35,– EUR plus Steuern an. In der Gebühr enthalten sind Frühstück, Zugang zu Einrichtungen für Kinder und Bettzeug.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Another great stay but needs some updates This was our 4th stay at the hotel (bed and breakfast) and 3rd with the kids. Another great stay and relaxing holiday with service by all teams (bar, restaurant, reception, concierge) excellent with yet again a special mention for the staff in the kids club. The hotel is in need of a refresh in places with the pool area (tiles in the middle pool and surrounds of salt water) now showing visible wear and tear. Addition of new furniture to the terrace bar is good but should have been a replacement of all as opposed add to. Overall another great stay and will no doubt be returning in the years to come. Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulous hotel for a stay in Tenerife. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the Sheraton, Costa Adeje in December '11. It is just a gorgeous hotel with a really friendly feel thanks to the staff. It is also aesthetically beautiful obviously- I loved it the moment we arrived in the lobby. The only points I would make where I feel an improvement could be made would be re the following: 1. Pillows on bed are not good- need firmer pillows! 2. Gym:No access to the water dispenser which is out in the spa section and which was locked when I used the gym in the mornings (approx. 7.45 am)- I needed water, and there were only a couple of small bottles of water available! Also, floor mats not available 2 of the 5 mornings I was there and I needed the mat. 3. Our stay included use of the spa on one occasion only, and to be used during first 3 days. Why could we not use it any day of our 6 days, or indeed why not unlimited use as for pool etc? For a 5 star hotel, I thought this was very strange. 4. We would love to have dined in the hotel on one or two evenings, but frankly, the price for the buffet and the Japanese restaurant were far too high. Clearly, we were not alone in thinking this, as it appeared to us that these restaurants were very quiet. E38 per person for the evening buffet is just too expensive especially considering how inexpensive it was to eat outside of the hotel. What a shame. We met other Sheraton guests who felt the same, so we all dined elsewhere in Costa Adeje. Some information in the room stated that if we wished to have our towels changed any day that we should leave them in the bath. We didn't need our towels changed and thus did not leave them in the bath, yet received new towels every day. Lovely, but unnecessary. Sheets were changed the day before we left though I told maid there was no need! Only other thing I could say is that I would absolutely love to stay in this hotel again, but could not afford it ( we were lucky to have had Air Miles points to stay this time) so could accomodation costs be reduced?! Some really really lovely touches were the bottle of Cava sent to our room on our wedding anniversary (Dec. 13th) and some cake for my husband's birthday on Dec.10th- lovely surprises received with thanks! Rated 4 out of 5 by Lovely winter retreat This was our second Xmas visit to this lovely quiet , friendly and well equipped hotel. The quality of the facilities and staff were excellent and on the whole we were very pleased with our 14 night stay. There has however been a round of cut backs which we felt were penny pinching , these included the removal of smoked salmon and fresh yogurt from the buffet menu and worst of all the removal of cushions on the pool sunbeds. All the staff were very helpful and eager to please January 18, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice stay We have visited this hotel multiple times with Family and have had fun and relax. Children's club has marvellous personnel, for example. Pool area is very nice and hotel is very clean. Small minus: During our last visit the quality of food served in Pool bar was not so good as previously. For example salads were very small compared to price. Still, we are going again in April. December 11, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lovely hotel and staff Just spent a lovely week in the Sheraton la Caleta October really is the ideal month to go weatherwise. The hotel is beautiful, staff freindly and helpful, the food (we sampled all resturants) and facilities are very good. My compliments to the manager and staff of this 5* paridise. Note its also in a wonderful/safe up market resort area that has been developed over the last 10 years. If you want more exicitement Playa Las Americas is only 1.45 Euros for a single from the nearby bus stop or 16 Euro in a taxi. Enjoy we did! October 21, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Food available Main restaurant had a very enjoyable breakfast selection but the evening buffet, while plentiful , is not a standard of a 4star hotel. It is also grossly overpriced at 36 euros per head. Fortunately there is an excellent restaurant across the road with much better value for money . This really detracts from what is a beautiful hotel with lovely Staff and facilities. August 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Superb Hotel Experience This is an absolutely great hotel to stay in. The place is spotless the breakfast buffet is fantastic and the staff are great. The poolside areas are very well kept and there is an ample supply of towels and sun loungers. As an SPG platinum member I was given a large suite which was almost an apartment in it's own right, Everything about our week away at this hotel was faultless and the manager and his staff deserve all the praise coming their way. The pictures on the net do not do this hotel justice, it is very much better in real life. September 28, 2013
