Warm and personalized service - almost all the staff seemed to know us by name or by our villa number. The W Insider, Ku, proactively reached out to us to see if we had any needs, and made sure that our special requests were attended to.
Very, very beautiful setting - the Ocean Oasis was perfect. Recommend doing an in-villa BBQ. House reef was rich with marine life, so snorkelling was sufficient, but the introductory dive lesson was fun.
Will definitely return to this excellent resort.

Every detail of the resort was well thought out. We loved our ocean view water chalet. The surround sound Bose system in the room and outside on the sun deck added so much value to our enjoyment.
Keep up the great service levels.

所有的一切都超乎我的想象，从登上水飞机到登上回国的飞机，从进店的蜜月香槟及巧克力到离店时的花床布置，每一样都在意料之外。
酒店到处充满着善意的问候和亲切的笑脸，处处充满感动。房间打扫的很干净，几乎细致到每个角落，给我们清扫的叫Ibrahim，很不错哦。
岛上的活动也很丰富，我们参加了夜潜活动，非常的美好！
总之，这次在马尔代夫，尤其W的旅程，将是我的难忘之旅，期待明年再来！

Overall that was nice experience. Staff super helpful, place is magnificent, clean. Breakfast abundant. I did not really like only two points: 1. some furniture was a bit too old, like from the 80's, beginning of the 90s (or at least it looked like that). 2. Staff was constantly passing through my garden - that sort of ruined the feeling of privacy.

W resort can not be compared with other resort in Maldives because W Maldives resort is very very special and luxurious.
W has luxury guest room, and all of facility is very very excellant designed and nice. and The food provided by each restaurants are very dilicious.
Expecially, The coral reef can be easily found in all of the part of in the lagoon of W Maldives Resort.
It has very good underwater environment, so impressive.

This resort did an amazing job of making our December 2012 honeymoon the trip of a lifetime.
We stayed two nights in a Beach Oasis and two nights in a Seascape Escape (the best Platinum upgrade we've ever had!)
Ku was incredible as our W Insider- she managed to find and mail back my wife's favorite jacket that was left in a closet
The only negative thing we experienced was the lounge at the seaplane terminal: the seating was really, really uncomfortable and the fumes from the seaplanes seemed to drift in. Of course, these are minor issues in light of the amazing service and exceptional experience we had at this resort.

We were both so amazed at the service from everybody in the resort and how they all loved the brand W. No matter what we needed it was never too small a request and has resulted in us already booking to come back next year due to the people looking after this paradise.
Recommend the water retreats and the fire restaurant on the beach along with the indian cooking lessons.

A bulleted list of pros and cons
Pros:
- can spend the whole vacation not seeing any other guests. Veryyyy private villa setups.
- breakfast buffet is awesome.
- Believe it or not we actually loved our beach villa more than our over-water villa. Stunning accommodations, GREAT bathrooms and resort music
- saw turtles and reef sharks while snorkeling right off our deck
- gorgeous grounds, great service staff
Cons
- We are a young couple, and attribute this to the reason the manager greeted all other guests and dinner every evening and snubbed us. If we are spending large sums of $ at your resort we deserve respect as well. A simple "good evening" would do
- beverages and breakfast amazing..... Dinner was so-so.
